This review is for Lowcost, not Superior Sound or their service. When you call Lowcost for the first time you get through nice and quick, but once theyve got their money from you for the device, the customer service quality diminishes greatly. It is so difficult to get ahold of them and service shops for the device dont even exist in my area anymore. Have to drive an hr to get calibration done.Also, the device itself is faulty with false violations and missed tests even when Im sitting there the whole time. Requests tests when my car has been off for hrs and Im not even in it lol. If youre smart, dont go with Lowcost.Edit: I completely understand issues with Covid going on, but the truth is the phone service has been like that long before Covid.
Super friendly and easy to get to. What else do you want from an interlock shop?!
