Had a completely out of the blue, oddball question to ask on the phone. Mike answered, listen, gave me helpful info and even passed on my name and number to someone else who could assist me. Seems like a genuinely good person who’s immediately inclined to help others. I’m happy to know there are people like this around.

I have been buying parts from Mike and having him fix an abundance of appliances over the years. A+ service and hes an awesome guy. Honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond every time. 10/10 recommend!

Mikes Appliance Repair maintained our old SubZero refrigerator for many years. The work was always done courteously, quickly, and at a fair price. As evidence of the quality work done, the refrigerator lasted 34 years before I replaced it with another of the same brand. Highly recommended.

Mike was very nice and polite. He spent 5-10 minutes listening to my dryer and diagnosed $1,000 worth of repairs on my 20+ year old dryer. I ended up choosing a different repair service in town. He responded to our call quickly, but I wish I wouldve waited for someone else to begin with.

Mike cares enough to do a good job at a fair price. This is the second time we have used him and were very happy both times.

Never called or showed up.

Mike took on a warranty refrigerator repair. We waited for him to order our parts and coordinate the repair. He assured me it would not take months. After one month passed with no updates I started calling and leaving messages which were not returned. I put another inquiry into the refrigerator company who were of course able to get a hold of him and find out he was not following through on the repair. Thanks for making us wait a month for nothing! A courtesy call to let us know he was not able to coordinate this repair should have been made to us. We will not use him again. Find another repair person if you want timely and communicative service!

Very busy guy, but he made time to return my call and talked me through my repair. Very knowledgeable in this industry. He’s all about helping his customers and very fair on prices.

Very prompt looked at the dryer and found the problem ordered the part said it would be here in 3 days, called 3 days later and came that afternoon and put it in Very reasonable and very nice guy I would recommend Mike to all my friends..

Mike was kind enough to shared with me that since the dishwasher was so old, it was not worth repairing. He could have come out to the house and charged me a fee but instead he told me by phone. And saved me money. Thank you Mike!

Horrible service. Takes forever for them to come out. Show up on the wrong day that you did not agree on and blames you for the mix up! Call them and a rude women acts like helping you is the worst part of her day. When they finally came out to fix my dryer due to it not heating, the next time I used my dryer, after 10 mins, this horrible loud clunky noise happened. Upon calling them, they treated us like we were a huge inconvenience and stated theyd call us when they figure out when they could come and fix their mistake! They still have not called. My dryer never had this problem. Very very unprofessional, the whole team.

Called 3 times - different times - different days - 2 messages ..... NO RESPONSE! Apparently not interested.

Very polite and was quick to help. Showed me how to fix my dryer belt right there on the spot.

Service was great and friendly, but unfortunately we couldnt agree on a price, but they did help out amongst other things.

He did not even call back. Dont have any idea why. I left a message at 9:22p.m. on the 12th now its 4:56p.m. on the 13th. Why am I not worth the callback?
