I was really impressed with this taxi service. I needed a ride to the airport in about an hour and a half. The dispatcher was very nice and assured me it wont be a problem. He then called me back to confirm once he had contact with the driver. The driver, Jay, was awesome and also very friendly. He gave me a call once he got close and was a few minutes early and told me to take my time. The drive itself was great. Really nice van with climate control in the back and automatic doors. Seats were comfortable and in good condition.I have tried several taxi companies in Albany at this point and VIP was the only friendly one that actually seemed to be professional. Ive been stood up by other companies here in similar situations. Really surprised to see there arent any reviews for this company! But definitely give this one a try!

Wish there were a no star capability; Moe was contacted Thursday evening and confirmed pickup next morning for ride to airport. On Friday morning, an hour before pickup time, Moe informs he has a scheduling conflict and wont be providing ride to airport. This says all you need to know about VIP Transportations reliability.

Very clean. The driver was a pleasure to talk to very friendly well spoken, my ride was a pleasant ride I usually get car sick but the driver took his time to make sure I was ok. The rates was definitely fair and cheaper than I expected. Overall I give them 10 stars but theres only five. Im definitely using them again.
