Tried to get one of my Pakistani artists studio time here but they are super selective about who they work with. We offered to do promo and pay for a few hours each week instead of booking their usual five hour minimum but extreme rules for a studio.

Attended the Albany Tedx here, I really like the building, and the staff seemed great. I cant comment on their business services however as I havent experienced that aspect.

I did some voice recording this week at Over it. They are very cordial and helpful.

Good activity but really crowded for what was going on.
