This place is always busy but they have really good washers and hot dryers. The ladies that take care of it are super nice.

They hiked their prices with 0 notification, my bill went up by double and I found out only AFTER dropping off my items. Very disappointed in this, and will have to go elsewhere. This is a shame as the staff actually doing the work is great! But ownership changes will ruin this business.

Clean establishment with friendly, helpful service. When I was having a little trouble with a machine, the attendant (Rachel, I think) was there to help before I could even go look for her. Some of their machines are broken, but they do try to make sure anything but working has a sign on it. I really appreciated the helpfulness, and Id definitely come back here.

I think this is one of my favorite laundromat considering I go there 8 times of 10 to do laundry.

Love this laundromat, great prices 4.25 for a big washer that will do about 3 loads at once. Staff is very friendly. The dryers seem to be on the fritz a lot but they get them fixed immediately. Sometimes you have to give the dryer a little fist bump for the quarter to go in but its alright. We are a big family of 7 and it only costs us around 17 dollars to wash and dry all of our laundry. Highly recommend.

Just a regular old laundromat but the women who run it are super nice.

Two of the 3 washing I used have issues. One only works on warm, when I wanted it in cold. They can’t stop it so I have to wait and re-wash, doubling the time I have to be here.The attendant is rude, and says she has nothing to do with the machines, making sure signs are on the machines with known issues, or paper entry having any hint of customer service. When I asked her name, she refused to give it to me so I could talk to management. When I called the laundromat’s number, she answered the phone and told me to “drop it” and hung up on me.So the moral of the story is that a good portion of the machines have signs on them saying out of order, others don’t work right and don’t have signs and maintenance and customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Very dirty and one lady working was extremely rude and arrogant! A lot of the machines don’t even work and the ones that do it says they agitate and only fill with a lot of water at 23 minutes. I would not recommend and I fee sorry for the lady who works here to be so filled with hatred and anger. Be kind not rude. Also when asked who her boss was she yelled you don’t need to know get out of here! While I have laundry in the washers. She never did inform us of her boss or give the number to call. Very disappointing

Lats a laundry machine dont work no body fix it

A very clean place with a helpful manager, Ive never had any big issues here, besides the occasional dryer not heating.

Dropped off some laundry to have it cleaned same day while on a work trip. Asked for my workout clothes to not be dried, and everything was washed just as I requested! Ladies were very nice and let me know as soon as my clothes were ready.

I wasnt please with the machines, and the dryers too. Need good maintenance there.

Ive only use the drop off service, and have been going once a week for months now.The ladies working there are always friendly and welcoming with a quick turn around time. Usually only 2-3 hours for 2 loads of laundry. I havent been to other laundromats in the valley, but dont think I need to either.

A few machines are always down but otherwise clean and friendly workers.

Good location. Behind city market. Plenty of parking and carts. One lady worker is obsessive about sweeping. Dont let her comments get to you. Equipment has some issues..

Had to do laundry on a Sunday and my regular place was closed. I went here and absolutely regret it, had to go to my regular place on Monday and re-wash Everything.These machine are so filthy my clothes came out dirtier than they went in and it took two washes at another laundromat to get them clean, and they smelled like Mud and Dirt.Also, I used detergent pods and they did not open, one machine even overflowed. Ive been using the pods just fine at the other place. When the machine overflowed the lady working there was very rude to me and said, We tell everyone to put the pods in with the clothes. I looked around for where they tell everyone that and saw nothing. She made a big deal of cleaning up the water and acted like I broke her machine on purpose even though I apologized.Overall, this was a really bad experience and no matter what I will not be going back.Incidentally, its also more expensive than my regular laundromat.

Crowded everyone doing two months worth of laundry and taking up most of the machines. 25% of them are out of order attendant pretends not to hear you. Inside of top loaders filthty, floor filthty. Space too narrow to walk around.

Used to love the way my laundry was done here. The last time I dropped wash off it came back very stiff and uncomfortable

Some dryers dont work restroom is always locked. Not a very good idea to go here unless its a emergency

They must have improved since the last reviewer was there or he/she just showed up on a bad day., We have been using Sunshine Laundromat since we arrived in Alamosa in September and it is always clean and the ladies that work there are super sweet!The only down side I can mention is that alot of their machines are out of order. I have had no problems getting an open washer or dryer even with half the units not working.
