Very clean and nice staff. All of the equipment you need, with good amenities and quality showers and locker rooms. Best gym in the valley!

Great place to work out. Staff (Raven) is excellent! Very clean and updated facility. 24 hour access makes it easy to still work out, even on holidays when they are closed. Owners are very friendly and take the time to ask how you are doing.

Excellent gym! All types of body training can be achieved with what this gym provides. The 24 hour access makes an early uncrowded workout the way to go.

Pretty good gym weird atmosphere of people but a good gym. If they had a rowing machine to workout on it would be even better.

The staff is very nice. We usually just swim, I havent used a lot of the equipment yet but they have quite a bit. The place is always clean and I appreciate the day care. My kids and I always feel comfortable here. I think the price is pretty low, considering that it includes the classes they offer. I wish the pool was open 24 hours but overall I really like this place.

Recently purchased property in Alamosa and had to find a local gym while we are here getting things squared away. As regular gym rats, we are pretty selective about what gyms get our seal of approval. This gym has it hands down. The staff is on top of things, the facilities are exactly what we look for in a gym....plenty of benches, bars and plates, machines. No pretention and plenty of room. We love this place!

I am able to work out because of the childcare they offer. The gym is open 24 hours and they offer great classes. The pool is warm and very reasonably priced.

This is a very clean facility. They offer classes and have great bathrooms and locker area. Its kind of hard to find.

The best gym in Alamosa with a decent class selection. The childcare hours are not all day, but once you figure out the schedule it works well for a busy family. I would love more yoga on the schedule.

Great environment with friendly owners and staff. The only place in town with child care available and a pool!! The new owners have done a wonderful job of remodeling and keeping the gym clean and very functional.I recommend this gym to all my friends.

Its great to get back into the water for aerobics. I have missed it for tooo long. I loved to have gotten to teach two classes. I have missed that too.
