Never going back for a haircut again! Stylist who did my hair whom was just starting her first day & just for her certification totally butchered my hair! Extremely disappointed. Never returning again.

I live in Eagle Nest, NM. We decided to take a day trip to Alamosa. I was in great need of a haircut. Went to Great Clips, an hour and 10 minute wait. Went across to Smart Style no wait. My lucky day. Jose did exactly what I wanted and more. Sitting in his chair was very enjoyable and comfortable. I have gotten several compliments on my hair. So I just wanted to say Thank You, Jose. Quick, good customer skills very nice

If I could give 0 stars I would, the girl with the long brown/black hair is the worst. She wasn’t able to do what I asked for. If I knew this place was as horrible I wouldn’t have gone to get my hair dyed there. She was also very rude. It was until I went back to let her know I didn’t like my hair was when she was being nice. Waste of MONEY AND TIME. I believe her name was Joana or something like that.

Took 1 1/2 hours for nails to be done nice people though

Went in on a whim to get my hair trimmed, and was told that it would be about 15 mins. I sat there for 35 minutes... The lady who was supposed to cut my hair avoided me, wouldnt make eye contact, and then left without saying anything. I sarcastically asked the other lady if it was going to end up being more like an hour, and she just laughed and said Oh, im sorry, I guess she left..Dont make the mistake of going here, this is where stylists go to die.

Most of the stylists are good and friendly.

One long straight dark/ brown haired lady gave me an awful haircut, but I went back and everyone was super nice to me and fixed my hair . The lady who messed it up wasnt there though.
