This place likes to scam their customers. went there to get a warranty sevice for a generator. my service wasnt covered by warranty but instead of calling me and letting me know, he did the work then wants to charge me 90$/ hour for his labor and 8$ for a spark plug. I tried to ask them why they didnt call me before proceeding (without my permission) to do the work. I was met with do you think they are fixed with magic from the lady that works there. THOSE ARE HER ACTUAL WORDS SPOKE TO ME. I also asked for a high-altitude carb to be put on (which would be under warranty) he said they company said they didnt have any the actual manufacturer uthat you supposedly talked to doesnt have any parts sound like a lie. Do not bring your stuff here to be serviced they will squeeze whatever dollar out of you. bad customer service. I tried to ask Ivan himself why he didnt call me before he did the service and his reply was well take it up with Champion then then ending the convo. like I said bad customer service and relations. would not recommend to anyone
