I have used Kitfox on 5+ occasions. The first time I had Justin defrag my laptop and check it for viruses and malware. He did a great job and only charged me $25. Then I took my other laptop to him and had him un-install some unused programs to make more room for photo storage. He only charged me $10. Next I took my tablet to Justin because I was having issues with internet connectivity. Justin showed me what the problem was and wasnt going to charge me anything. I paid him anyway. Next came my smart phone that I call a smart aleck phone because it is too smart for me. I knew I had all kinds of memory but every time I tried to install an app, it told me I did not have enough memory. Justin checked it out and said he would have to return it to factory settings, something I would have no idea how to do. It now works fine. Charged me $10. Just two weeks ago I took my desktop to him to upgrade my OS to Windows 7 from Windows XP. He did an awesome job, completely upgrading everything. Of course, he first saved all my files and then after the upgrade, he re-installed everything for me and then showed me how to use this new OS. Whole process came to just over $200. I would recommend Kitfox to anyone who is having issues with their computer, tablet and even smart aleck phone.
