My husband and I recently bought a house built in the 70s which was used as a rental.We chose The Stove and Spa Store to investigate the state of the pellet stove, fireplace insert and chimney that came with the house.The Stove and Spa Store sent out a team of experts to our home to examine, evaluate and estimate the work necessary to make our home safe and warm.The team who fixed our chimney, and stoves were thorough, clean and professional. We asked for an estimate for a fireplace insert. The guys came out and were on time and very knowledgeable. They measured and gave us great information. We then went to the office and ordered the insert. The office staff is great. So far the professionalism and their knowledge is super. We should have in 3-6 weeks. Let you know more then.

The young man that serviced our pellet stove was great. He was polite and effecient and we would recommend him to anyone. The whole staff there was really nice and easy to work with.

If I could post a negative 5 star I would. So my mother paid $200 to clean and have our pellet stove inspect. Apparently when the guy came and cleaned it, it set on fire in the inside, and when he came back to fix it again, it now only gives sparks out and barely enough to heat up. The bottom burn pot door is also loose now when it wasnt before. In fact we had NO ISSUE, before today. Not to mention you want her to pay ANOTHER $200 if nothing is wrong even though she called in and told you what happened. I usually dont leave any reviews on anything because I am genuinely pleased with the service, but I was not pleased that my mother was already having a bad day, and whatever guy you sent out to do this made it worse. Get your crew together or something because this is not what she paid for and the inside has too much black soot covering the firebox that wont burn properly. Also this is our main source of heat in winter, and if we dont have heat, we will literally freeze. I want to take note as well that when my mother called you said that the loose door and soot are normal, when they are in fact not. Yes I get tired when doing work, but if this is your mistake and you dare not correct it I suggest sending whatever guy you sent to our house another job, as this is clearly not for him and the caller? As well. I hope you get your stuff together in the future but as far as I am concerned nothing good will ever come out of your place ever again.

Great customer service, They also have a better selection of pellets for the grill. Also, they have all of the accessories you can buy online for the same price. The stove and spa store will have all of your Traeger grills and Traeger accessories your heart desires.**not a bot review**

KEEP BILL ON THE PAYROLL AS LI G AS YOU ARE IN BUSINESS AND WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!He was smart, courteous and cares about his health and the familys homes he visits enough to wear a mask.Awesome service !!! If I could I would give him 10 stars!!

So far we’ve been really impressed with the staff and customer service.The crew has been to house to measure for the unit.They did a very tidy clean up on the fireplace and are very professional.Just waiting on the delivery of our new pellet stove.

Great store, awesome stove, excellent install by Jake and Ashton.We bought a smaller Quadra-Fire to replace an old and inefficient wood stove and we could not be happier with our new Millennium 3100.When an install date opened up on their schedule that was two weeks earlier than our planned date, Stove & Spa called us and promptly rescheduled. The installers showed up early and had the stove in quickly, making sure to thoroughly clean up after. We received both a call once the job was completed - they are currently doing no contact appointments due to COVID- and an email with the invoice and about two dozen pictures documenting the install.Definitely recommend. They even left the user manual propped up on the mantle, opened to the operating instructions.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone at the Stove and Spa store. They know their products and answered every question we had about their products. We bought a beautiful Mendota fireplace to replace an old wood stove. The team, Jake, Brandon, Devin and Ivis, all did a great job with the installation. They were efficient, knowledgeable and worked so well together. They took care everyday to clean up and be ready for the next days work.And they took their time on installing the rock facing, knowing we would be looking at it forever and made sure I was happy with all they did! Brandy and Karina were awesome to work with too and again had answers to all our questions and prompt with responses. We would highly recommend The Stove and Spa Store!

If I could rate them with negative stars, I would. Our 20-year-old Marco gas fireplace stopped working, so we called them and one of their fireplace repair technicians came to look at it and diagnosed a faulty natural gas regulator valve, then explained since Marco is now out of business, its not possible to order and install a replacement valve. So, their only option for us was to let them rip out the entire old fireplace and install a whole new fireplace at a cost of ten thousand dollars. We declined, Googled local fireplace repair shops in Las Cruces and El Paso, and found a very helpful fireplace business that took the time to find three different replacement parts for our original fireplace and then agreed to complete the installation for us, all for less than seven hundred dollars. This one horrible experience with The Stove and Spa Store has forever ruined any chance we will ever buy anything from them in the future, and we are spreading that same message throughout our church and among all our local friends and family. They should be ashamed of themselves for being so lazy and not even making an effort to find an affordable repair solution for their customers and instead trying to take advantage of older citizens.

Their assessment of my cracked firewall was to tear the whole thing down and replace it all, rock face and all, for a cost of over $4000! My son found replacement parts online, for under $500 and it took him about 2 hours to disassemble the old and replace it. I wont bother calling these guys again.

They were prompt, got to the job and worked as though they knew just what they were doing, which Im sure they do. They kept and eye on the dirt factor and kept it to a minimum, with a shop vac at the ready when needed. Well be using them again for our needs !

We have paid $4000 for a Vermont casting gas stove. This stove takes about 25 tries to light. It will hard light and try to blow the glass out and it cost $150 every time they come to look at it. Worst purchase EVER
