First I had a burst pipe at midnight and Erin came right over, worked his behind off, and took care of us. So when I had a bathroom remodel to do I got a bid from Lane. Got a fair price and Chuy and Scott have worked tirelessly to make the room new again and to make it safe for my mother. My family has been customers of Lane for more years than I can figure and I see no reason to look elsewhere for Plumbing services.
Horrible! Charged $296 to replace a toilet valve and faucet stems in the tub. How dare you continue to rip people off. “We charge from the time we call you saying we’re in route to your house. I also have to charge an additional 30 min to get parts.” Really? You arrived and left within two hours and charged 2.5 hours. Never again! Also, I’ll be filing with the BBB and asking to see credentials of your “plumber.” Paid to have a legit plumber come out, not someone you just hired off an ad for hire.
They’re expensive. Up there with HSC. Two guys came to my place—two separate days—one of the plumbers was ‘new’, and obviously lesser skilled. They showed in the last half hour of a 4-hour window. They charged far too many hours, between the two. They tried sealing a shower panel, which shouldn’t get sealed. They were supposed to mount a filter on a stud, but did not. They installed a shutoff valve that doesn’t ‘shut-off’. I tried to talk to someone about billed hours and quality of service, but it was in one ear and out the other. And no shock here, but the one and only person with authority to make any changes is only there on Fridays. Good luck, folks.
Very professional and knowledeable, I use them for all my plumbing needs and swamp cooler twice a year.
Came out 10 minutes after I called, took care of the repair and cost more than reasonable. Highly recommend.
They came out to check our sinks and get rid of some blockages after we had a tenant move out of the home, they came in and did a great job, the price was REALLY reasonable, with a military discount which we always appreciate, and they fixed the half bath sink we have always had a problem with, they found that half the clog wasnt moving so they got in there and removed it. It was so gross... Thanks guys!100% recommend you habe these guys come out when you need it
If I could give no stars it would be a more accurate rating. I called to see about getting a leaky water heater replaced. Before the young man even came out, he was trying to sell me a kinds of things I knew I didnt need (expansion tank, igniter, new gas line, etc.). This is after he told me the price per hour was $105. I explained to him that while I was born at night, it wasnt last f......g night. I hung up the phone, called Nowell Plumbing and had it replaced in 2 hours for $151. And no BS. Avoid this company!!!!!!!

My mother scheduled an appointment this week with Lane to start her cooler for the summer... she made the appointment Monday for them to come Friday afternoon due to her working and this was the only time I could be available to come be at the house for her. When I got to my mothers house at noon there was a ticket on the door that they had already been by at 8:40 am. My mother called the cell phone number that she had missed while she was at work and spoke to someone who told her after lunch they would be over.Needless to say I sat at her house from 12-4 with no Lane showing up to service the cooler. My mother arrived home at 4:15pm and asked if they had been here. I replied no. She called and spoke with the receptionist and was told that they would have to reschedule because they had all left for the day. Hours are 8-5 is what the business advertised. She then called back wanting to speak to a manager and was put on hold for several minutes. When the receptionist came back she informed her that there was no manager available and that the technician would be on the way.It’s 5:40pm and they still never showed up. This isn’t the first time we have had to be rescheduled by this company because all of a sudden our appointment was an inconvenience to them. This is not how you do business. If a customer makes an appointment it’s because they are giving you the available time that someone can be at the house. She should have been the first customer after lunch.My family will not be dealing with this company anymore for the lack of customer service.**update**I want to say in addendum to my comment that... my father and mother have been custodies 15 years.... well tonight after I left my mother called to say that Lane had come at about 6:30 pm and that she had been put on “emergency service” I don’t think the problem was with technician or managers I think the problem was with the receptionist... the manager himself and the technician came and sincerely apologized to her completed the service. She said they will give them one more chance only because she was apologized to. They have always been good with the service provided. I think communication needs to be corrected and the receptionist herself needs a lesson in customer service and how to talk to people. Thank you Lane for the apology.
The guy that came to look at what I needed done was good enough. But the product I ended up with was not on par with my expectations. Then I am currently without water at my house and they told my wife to call back afterthey close. Yeah wont be using this place or recommending to anyone anymore.
Fast, friendly, and affordable service. A main water line broke in my home and within 15 minutes of my call a repair guy was there. This was after normal business hours too! Only took an hour to fix the pipe and clean up. They also offered a military discount. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need and will use their service again should the need ever arise.
We woke up and my husband was going to take a shower. No water. Since it has been a long time since I lived on well water, I totally freaked. We called right away and they had someone at here by 1 pm. The issue was the switch. The plumber didnt have the switch so he went and got one. That did the trick! We will definitely use Lane Plumbing if we need a plumber for anything else that may come up.

I have been scammed from this company of my money!I called because there was a strange smell in the restroom, and so I called the lane plumbing company for assistance they replied with in short: $105 for an hour of labor for the service. However they charged $175 for not even 35 min. of labor the excuse was that from his workplace to my and back made up the hour and a half, it takes 5min. from the business to my house he claimed it took him an 50min. to arrive at my house. I am sceptical of what he did to burn off 50min.We have payed for a person to walk in my house for only 35 min. When Im paying for only 1hr. of labor I will not be coming back to this company for help.
Never made it to my place. They called and said they would have to reschedule. I had driven 4 1/2 hours to meet them. Bunch of zeroes.
Had them install a rinnai and after a few years a brass fitting started to leak. Called and ask if I could just buy the fitting. Was told they dont stock parts so they couldnt even fix it if I had them come over. Would never do business with them again. Now that the shift fifty is no longer maybe some new plumbing business will show up.

Had a leaking copper pipe under my sink. Had to have the plumber come out after 5pm to fix it so the labor was more expensive. He fixed the leak by cutting off the copper and replacing it with PEX. Well 2 days later (Friday) and the PEX is leaking. Tried to get them to come out and fix it under their 30 day warranty and all I was told is they are busy and I will have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. So now I have to put up with a leaking pipe for 3 days. Meanwhile who knows how much more damage the leaking water is doing to the surrounding structure. I feel since the plumber did not fix the leak the company should require him to come and fix it on his off hours. I will not be using this company for any more of my plumbing needs.
