I came here over the holiday weekend with a friend for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was okay, but she had me move to the manicure area before finishing my pedicure. Didn’t wash her hands between pedicure and manicure. I had powder on my nails and asked for a gel manicure. Halfway into removing the powder manicure, my technician said it was going to take too long and wanted to do a fill instead of completely removing the powder. I have gotten powder and gel manicures at many places and they always remove the previous job completely before doing another. Since I had pink polish and was getting red, I asked her to remove it completely. She said it would take too long and that it would be an additional $10. She was very rude, grabbing my hands, cutting my cuticles with the drill, and doing an all around terrible job. 8 of my 10 fingers have cuts on them. The gel polish job was sloppy—see photos. There is not polish on the sides of the nail but instead all over my cuticles. She also would do one coat of polish, and then another lady’s pedicure and kept going back and forth with me and the other patron (I wouldn’t have enjoyed the pedicure if I were the other customer). Aside from the extra time this took, again she did not wash her hands between touching the other lady’s feet and doing my manicure. In the end, she charged me $40 for the terrible manicure which took over 2 hours. In addition, there is a sick cat and also a dog that are in the salon which doesn’t seem sanitary. Lastly, they do not take credit cards and failed to mention this at the beginning. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Can I give negative stars? Very painful, worst experience ever. Dug very deeply under my right toe nail and cut my left thumb, put some green fluid on it, to stop bleeding causing even more pain. Never appologized. Force-feeding her old cat, not washing her hands. My experience was very much someone else wrote about. I left before getting my nails done. Now Im worried about getting an infection.

Three month closing was a long time and I thought Wendy was gonna gone forever. But its wonderful to see them back today. I heart that they reopened since January, but I lived a little bit far from here so I didnt know until today, when I passed by while on the way to visit my friend.So I decided to get my nails done here today because its been two weeks already. I was wowed by their new decoration and services, they have facial and waxing services which are new. I also tried facial and felt really good, their services were awesome. The price is not changed a lot compared to before the closing last year. So with me, this price is so worth.So I found my favorite nails salon back. Its gonna be my only nails salon in town, just like before they closed last year. Also, I will let my friends know so they can come, many of them didnt know that you are back.

I have been a customer of this salon for many years. I love their pink and white, and my mom loves it too. The price is so good and they got best service in town. As a plus, the color has a very good quality that can last long.

This is a fun and friendly place to come to do nails, people here treated me like their good friend. I always come here twice a month to do nails. I got new full set and came back two weeks later to refill, then got a new full set after another two weeks. They did a wonderful job, my nails stayed strongly for a long time and never showed any chips or breaks.

I got a deluxe pedicure with sea salt & cold wax with a super good price, $20 with the coupon on Yelp. Love the service, love the price. The quality of the nail polish is good, it’s shiny and feels firm.

She made me bleed and she was so rough with my nails!!! But the nails looked alright and the cat was cute, but there was blood in my nail polish and she didnt even apologize.
