Four star rated in the rest of the world doesnt apply to this disappointment. The front desk clerk could use a few lessons in customer service. We checked in and from the beginning had to find our own way around the hotel and parking because he was too busy. The hotel itself was probably 4 star worthy when it opened, but has not been maintained. Dirty elevators, holes in the walls on the floors caused by luggage and maintenance carts. Noisy air conditioning unit and hole in the bathroom door. Water on the bathroom floor from a broken shower door. We had to go to the restaurant to get a room service menu that was supposed to be in the room, and the only one available looked like it was used as a childs bib. Not a hotel I will recommend to someone I like.
