My daughter went to go and get a alternator for my car, I was at home working on the vehicle. My daughter said as soon as she got there they started to belittle her asking if she was sent with money.....that was the first thing that they asked. Not hello how are you but did you come with money!!!! I called and told them specifically what part I was looking for and they told me that it would be 50. They told my daughter that it was a wrong part even though she took the core, and they charged her 15 dollars more. Robbery taking advantage of a 20 year old daughter. Never again will I go there againDO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN.

Dont waste your time here! Waited for about 1 hr for them to show me a part, then i guess they just forgot! Went somewhere else got what i needed asap.

Rude service by both the clerk and the cashier. Part are in general more expensive than other places. You pay first so if you get tired of waiting youre stuck. Your best bet is to look somewhere else first and leave this place as a last resort. Is always a good idea to call ahead first and if they have your part, ask if they can pull it for you so you dont have to wait so long. Nice big and clean place.

The mechanics switch out your car parts if you leave your car to fix with them. Terrible service and administration.

Have always found the parts I need but have ended waiting for a minimum of 1hr to 1 1/2 hours just to get the part. Even if you call them hours in advance they will say the part is already off but when you get there to pick it up usually still takes them an hour to get it.

Great service!!! Some people complain about the wait. Obviously those are the ones whove never had to spend a day walking,digging, and taking the part out yourself in the summer heat.. Be grateful and patient. There VERY organized. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Price for finding parts are good but I advise you not to let them work on your vehicle, mechanics there do not exactly know what they are doing, quality of work they do is horrible, it is best to just buy the part and have a real mechanic install it...

Super long wait & the prices arent people friendly. Not for a car dealer. Like one of the previous post said,this is my last resort. I did call over the phone, they had my part but once I arrived, they still hadnt removed it. I ended up calling my usual shop South McColl & by the time I arrived there,they had my part & I just had to pay.

Not happy at all they changed my motor and I had to bring it back and all I get is the runaround they made me wait four days and then they tell me that they have not looked at it yet and all this time I am having to stay in a room at a hotel missing work

Worsed place ever payed 1000 for a motor brought it by pulling it and taking it by pulling it the managers attitude is the worse very disrespectful bad language. Never ever gonna bring anything to this place anymore and never will recommend this place. Im gonna take this to an upper step wether they like it or not

I have came several times & each time I go, my experience has been GREAT! I have been able to find what I need everytime and the parts are at a reasonable price. They helped me fix my transmission in 2 days and works great. I also once needed an alternator and they had it ready by when I showed up to pick it up. That too is still working. The service is always awesome! Staff was quick & very helpful everytime. A special thank you to Ricardo and Angel for helping me. Called looking for a part and they told me to hold on why they check. Well they didnt place me on hold and I could hear the moron helping other ppl. Atleast learn to put me on hold. I hung up . Dont need to give you business that bad. Found it somewhere elsewhere .

Horrible service! Their favorite excuse is “it’s an electrical problem not a problem with our part and we don’t work electrical here” they do the bare minimum just to say they did something. Getting a refund is impossible, you might get lucky and get a good part but buy at your own risk! Now leaving your vehicle there to get a part installed is another story, they never call you to let you know your car is ready, which is the least of the problem. If you leave your car here pray that it runs when you get it back.

Been here twice very bad experience. Told me they have a part over the phone So I drove 50 min and arrive they don’t have it and try to sell me accessories for vehicle that you didn’t ask for

I dont understand all these bad reviews... you want a brand new part and fast, go to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg. You want a cheap part, order it online and wait weeks for it. Need a quick used part to get you going for a decent price... head over here. Dont even stop by, just call them to see if they have it and if they do, go pick it up. Yea theres a wait, they dont have the part just sitting there waiting to be picked up. Once you get there, they ask the fellas in the yard to pull the part which can take a while especially since a) you are not the only customer they have and b) if you do your own mechanic work, you know how long it takes to remove something. This place has ALWAYS came through for me. They normally always have what I need and at a great price! Im still running on the same alternator I got from there three years ago.

Said they had it. Came back and said not there so going to check in warehouse and should be there but not there either. So spent about 45min wasted. But the guy helping was very respectful and apologized for wasting our time. I guess they need to better there inventory procedure.

Been here before. Its good in a pinch, when I dont got time to go pull out parts I need, this place does it for you. You can call ahead to check if they got what you need, but they dont pull it until you actually show up (probably due to uncommitted buyers)

This is a great location for affordable used car parts not only did they have what I needed in stock but I got there at almost closing time and they were still willing to fulfill my order having their part pullers go out into the yard find the part that I needed and remove it from the old vehicle and still providing me with good customer service even after closing time by the time that they had the part completely removed and brought up to the counter I even ask them to bring the mounting bolts up with the part that I needed and they brought those up with it as well I will definitely be back as my need for used parts on my old trucks arise

Stop and run away from this business unless you want to throw your money away. It is a junk yard to acquire used parts at a good price that is how you get hooked. if you need a to swap an engine or other parts do not use them they will charge reasonable but it shows on the quality of work they do. I think they just should sell parts not mechanic service. The reason is because they are not certified mechanic they are just general labor workers with limited tools to do mechanic jobs. if you do choose to use mechanic service I recommend take many pictures because they will steal or loose parts and items left on your vehicle. I will never do business with this company again. They will lie about the miles of the parts you are buying just to make the sale. You are warned dont cry later.

Pedro M. was extremely polite and helpful. Ill continue to go to him for future help if and when needed. However, I would suggest being bilingual when calling over the phone. From previous attempts at reaching an English speaking service assoc., I had to keep calling back because they kept hanging up on me when I asked if they habla English. Not everyone there was professional clearly.

Traveled from corpus christi texas to this place just to find out they didnt have my part even though they told me they had plenty in stock. Was of time and gas plus the cashier at an attitude. That was my first and last time ever using them!!

They start closing a half hour before the posted time.

They installed a transmission that they sold me It took them over a week after they said it was going to take 2days. They would put me on hold when I call and wouldnt answer afterwards and when I did get it back it really doesnt work it seems like its really forced to give the first Gears like I guess if the brakes are always on and now my Jeep is overheating and it wasnt doing that when I took it in there so yes very dissatisfied wont buy nothing there again

Horrible customer service. Non existing customer service. Prepaid very expensive motor, then they try to sell me the wrong year which does not match. Just a few changes they say, but it involves opening engines which will cost me and void the warranty. Pip off artists! No refund offered! Now they avoid my calls. Keep me on hold forever. Dont call me back like they said they would. Ten minutes they said. Yesterday they also said ten minutes. Dont shop there unless you want to be out $1200 dollars like I am.

If there was a way to put down 0 Stars I would gladly do it. Before my last visit all things were peachy. However was sold a faulty transmission then a VIP= Very Ignorant Prick of a manager had the nerve to say it was damaged during install so no warranty. Mind you it was put on by a certified mechanic who knew it was bad 1st time trying it out. Needless to say they lost my business not that they give a rats arse.

Bought an engine from them and took it to them after installation to fix it because it wasnt working properly. They didnt charge me because I had warranty but it took them freaking over 2 weeks to fix it and it still ran crappy after that. It was just slightly better. Customer service is horrible. They take forever about half the time to answer the phone and in person, takes about over an hour to get what you came for. Worse experience ever with an auto parts place.

0/5Took my truck to have the transmission replaced for $800 and they told me that It required more stuff, ended up paying +500$. $1,300 Total. So, they gave me 1 month warranty for the transmission and It worked fine for 6 weeks, transmission started messing up again, went nicely to tell them about the issue and they told me they couldnt help me and were gonna charge me $500 to check.Had to go ask another place and they told me that they putted an oxidated transmission that had rust and debris in the oil. And 2 months later the differential ball that they rip me off with was having issues aswell.So.. Personel are indifferent and service is the worst.They dont fix anything, they make your vehicle worst than It was. Take your car under your own risk.
