Very friendly staff. Kept me updated on the status of my ticket. I needed to get my battery repaired and they let me know when the new one was shipped and delivered to their store so I wasnt left in the dark.Will use again if my computer has any other issues

Homeless friendly who lent me a laptop to build resume on and now I grew out of it and he gave e me a huge discount t on newer model. God bless people like him who take Chan es on the rusted racehorse who remember everything but hasnt. Grazed the p atches.

Havent used them for their computer service, but I bought an HDMI cable that it turns out I didnt need, and the next day they let me return it for a refund, no fuss, no question asked. Very professional and great service!

Was to quick in advising me too sell my-HP/laptop-Compaq from 2011,old, dosent have over usage.Researched online for repair/tuneups when i saw its simplicity in repairs, obtaining parts and its demand even in 2020 here in the USA and Oversees. It was designed for longevity, compact parts and can be connected to bigger mainframes. Thanks for being open during COVID19 but you were a waste of my time.👎

Spectacular. Their customer service is fantastic and their price is extremely reasonable for the level of service you receive. We have been using them for years and have never had any complaints. Here is an example of the great customer service: I recently had a flight at 1:30 pm on a Sunday to fly to the East Coast for work. Early that morning my computer was not working and i was panicking. After the owner of the business tried to solve my problem remotely, he met me at his store in Alameda and fixed the problem in time for me to make my flight! He provided amazing customer service. The entire staff is wonderful (Jesse is a magician fixing any problem) and they go out of their way to help you with any problem you have. i also enjoy the fact that they are locally owned. You will be happy you call them.

I highly recommend ABM Computers! My Windows 7 OS decided to just not start one morning, sending my laptop into an endless loop. I had a client meeting coming up the next day and was in a bit of a panic. I dropped in to ABM right when they opened. Though Michael was clearly busy on another project, he jumped right on it and had me fixed up in a few hours with a clean install of 10 and advice on how to backup data in case of a future crash. Thanks again ABM Team!

I had their field service technician come to my house to troubleshoot my home network. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and took time to explain to me precisely what he was doing every step of the way. He had my network up and running perfectly in 35 minutes. I would call him without hesitation in the future.

I always get so overwhelmed when I go into the big stores like Staples or Office Max. So when I came across Alameda Business Machines it was a nice change. The boutique atmosphere was exactly what I had been looking for. They had everything the big stores offered but I wasnt overwhelmed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was looking for a new computer to help me become more advance in my graphic design and I was so pleased with what I was shown. I left ABM feeling satisfied, happy and excited about my new computer. Ive been using ABM Computers for over 20 years theyve helped me get out of jams many times, they even donated a computer to help me assist a needy family. Once I was in South America at a surgical conference and had trouble downloading my speech, they came to my rescue within minutes. These people are simply the best.

I know them for long time, they do repair all kinds of computers, PC and Laptop, printers, both software and hardware, they are reliable, friendly, you can always trust them, highly recommended.

These guys seem really nice. Not sure how they do repairing computers, but we were looking for a power supply cable to hook up my new video card and they just gave us one for free! How nice is that!? If my computer ever decides to take a crap and I or my husband dont know how to fix it, Ill try them first.

I most appreciate their patience with all my questions, even the most basic, and their willingness to offer ideas and opinions without being pushy. Most recently they worked on my Acer laptop (purchased from ABM in 2011). I also purchased a refurbished IMAC all in one that I am very happy with. My family and I have been going to Alameda Business Machines for a very long time. They have always been extremely friendly and professional. Whenever I have a sick computer, they are who I go to. They fix the problem and return it to me with a few days. My mother is the one who suggested Michael to me first and Im glad she did! He and Jesse never seize to amaze me! GREAT JOB!!!
