I needed a haircut and I had seen some advertisements for this chain. I was probably one of the last customers of the day. The barber, Cameron might have been his name, did not do a good job. He barely used two hands and seemed like he was on valium or something.The fade between the sides and top was uneven and different on each side and one of the back corners was a bit longer on my neck.I asked him to fix it, twice and he did something but it changed very little. At that point, I just gave up, paid and left. Ill be going to my regular guy next week to get it fixed.

This is my go to place for my monthly haircut. I always try and schedule with Allessandra as she always provides a great experience for both me and my son. I would recommend signing in online ahead of time, it allows you to choose your stylist as well as give you an estimated wait time (this place can be pretty busy) and where you are on the wait list. The business still follows covid-19 guidelines and all the stylists wear masks and sanitize between customers.

So I have to say I was a bit nervous walking in to this place for 2 womens hair cuts. Sports everywhere you can see and mostly male reviewers. It was close and we were desperate for trims. Well, Marcus did an amazing job on my hair and the other person that did my daughters hair did a decent job too. Got the hair wash as a special treat and cannot recommend it enough! Steamy towel on the face, massage chair and a great scalp massage. I braced my self as I went to pay and was stunned by how affordable it was. Will definitely be back!

I went there today with a friend as a model for an interview for a job. After the cut my friend was interviewed and was told they were not hiring now. My question is why did they schedule and interview with a model if you had no intention of hiring someone. Alameda seems a little ti snowbunny for me. I will not ever have my hair cut there again!

Very quick service and great haircut. I asked for a high fade with a little off the top and got exactly what I wanted. The shampoo and wash with the towel wrap definitely finishes the haircut experience with you feeling better, worth the extra buck every time. These ladies love to make sure you leave pleased with service and theirs always a smile to greet you. Military friendly, and great conversation!

Being able to have a profile so you can easily get the same cut and service is a great feature. A nice hot towel, a good looking cut, and a massage for a great price.

Ive been here five or six times since they opened. Im pretty relaxed when it comes to my hair, so Im not that picky. Ive seen Andy the last three or four times and have been very happy with the results. Shes done a good job and listened to what I have to say when I have concerns about what doesnt look right. Shes also sure to ask if Im happy with the results before letting me leave, and if Im not, fixes it.

Ive had great experiences here and terrible ones. It really depends who cuts your hair. I really like Mei but Im not sure if she still works there.

Every stylist at this Sports Clips is excellent. Other hair cut chains have good stylists as well, but you run the risk of receiving very unskilled service. I’ve seen multiple women at this Sports Clips and they all have provided perfect haircuts. As a man who rushes in to get his hair cut and doesn’t make appointments with a specific stylist I know I can go in here at any time to get a skilled professional.

Why you don’t have a “0” star? You gave my son a horrible service. He left the place in tears. And also I had to pay for it. You did not asked for clarification about how my son wanted his hair during the process you just pass through the razors... and you did not give him the extra services (shampoo and hot towel) you cut his hair in less than 10 minutes and square his forehead hair line without asking him or me either. I will ask for refund or dispute this transaction.

DONT GET A HAIRCUT FROM KIM. I could give absolutely no stars, I would. I have been going here for about a year and today they had a worker named Kim cut my hair. I told her what I wanted, and she delivered it VERY poorly. I will be finding a new place from now on.

I got my haircut from alessandra and she didnt listen to how short i wanted my hair. she just went through and cut so mucb off the top even though i said only half an inch. she made part of my hair long on one said and the other short and I wanted an undercut. dont go to alessandra for you haircut. im super upset because Ive been going there for a little over a year and this was probably the worst service ive had.

A massage, hair wash and trim for like $25? I dont know why more women dont come here

So my first experience at sport clips was amazing, I can recommend jordan to help with your hair cut needs. Very knowledgeable with hair style, and sports. Shes very engaged with you and is humble to know what was your day/afternoon is going. Shes very caring and attentive on your hair cut. Dont be scared of what you want to get cut shes a pro, just dont talk about the 49ers.(lol, shes a raiders fan) make sure you do a online reservation so you wont wait too long, but if you choose to wait there is a lot of restaurants around to kill time, plus theres a target next door. I love the whole concept of sports because there is a lot of TVs to choose to watch sports, not just bay area sport but nationwide. Just come in and enjoy the ambiance, sports, and get a great hair cut.

Excellent service, professionalism, great value. I had an amazing experience, the stylists are wonderful! I went to SportClips to claim a coupon for a free haircut and chose the Alameda location for its proximity to work. Ayana (apologies if thats the wrong spelling) assisted me and took extra care with my thick hair to avoid thinning it out or making it look choppy. She trimmed my bob back into its original shape from several months ago and even took a more angled approach to the pieces in the front. It was great to chat with Ayana while she cut my hair and I just had fun! Thank you to Ayana and the other stylist on staff (Im so sorry, Ive forgotten her name) for a wonderful experience.
