Today, Jaleel, at the Alabaster location, was fabulous once again. About a month ago we bought 2 phones and he helped us get everything going on our phones. Today, I came in because my phone started running slow and Jaleel was with someone else. I talked with Don who told me that I would have to go to another store to get a diagnostic ran on my phone, even though we just bought the phone. don said they did not do repairs at the Alabaster office. I left and was about to leave disappointed, and decided to wait on Jaleel. Jaleel helped me in 5 minutes and got my phone going again. don did not! Jaleel is personable, kind, very intelligent, and customer oriented!! Jaleel should be in management and get huge raise!!!!

Last week Jay sold me a iPad I needed. When I hit it home didn’t have the SIM card so I went back to the store a few days later around 7:15pm. I had some other issue going on with the I pad he stayed a little late to help me with everything and made sure it was all good. There was another man working has well he was very helpful has well don’t remember his name though. Great customer service all around.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the staff here!!! I lost my phone in the river and even though on my way back, I would be walking in the store 2 minutes before closing, Margaret SO graciously said I could come in and get my upgrade so I wouldn’t be without a phone. She and her team member (I’m ashamed I forgot his name) were so kind, helpful, and patient with me even though it meant them going home later. Some of the best service I’ve ever received at an AT&T store. Can’t recommend them enough :)

Wed been having trouble with my daughters phone and werent making much progress with customer service over the phone. Jeff, at our local AT&T store, was very helpful! He fixed the issue, gave us some advice on storage, and was very personable.

Jasper was my representative and he is the best I’ve ever dealt with. He was great with everything have no complaints! I will be dealing with Jasper in alabaster from here on out.

I went to upgrade my phone today and was helped by Jasper. He was a great help and ended up saving my family money by explaining the benefits of upgrading our plan! I’m thrilled with my new phone and so pleased to be saving money monthly!!

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful, especially Gerald, the associate working with us. We had several things to accomplish…transfer a phone from another plan onto our plan, transfer a phone off of our plan, add a new phone to our plan, and upgrade a phone on our plan, as well as get accessories for the phones. Gerald was quite patient and very professional in handling our requests. We will be back to this store and request to work with Gerald when we have future needs.

Erica is very knowledgeable. I came in because my phone was completely destroyed. She went over all my options with me and gave me her best recommendations to fit my needs. Very kind and polite young lady.

Incredible experience. Knowledge staff. Quick upgrade. Trevis’s rapport was excellent. He made sure others were also greeted and attended while actively helping me. I will continue to use this location for all AT&T needs!Additionally, there was an elderly lady who came in for an upgraded flip phone. The representative beside me sat with her and patiently explained the process. She even painstakingly sat and programmed all of her contacts into her new phone so that the woman could operate her daily life with ease.

I had a wonderful experience at this AT&T store. My dealings with AT&T customer service have not always been pleasant in the past at other locations and over the phone, so I was not sure what to expect, but these people have it together. Erica helped me make several changes to my phone plan and took extra time with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I am grateful for the excellent customer service she provided. While she was taking care of me, I witnessed other people who were being helped also. I was impressed by all of the staff at this location. This store in particular seems very well run. For me, it was well worth it to drive a little further to Alabaster for such good customer service!

Dwayne is flat out the man. He made a difficult experience easy. I would of thought he was a manager of the joint. Patience is worth a million dollars.

10/10 would recommend. This is long, but deserving.I’ve been dealing with a back and forth transition from Verizon to AT&T for nearly two weeks. I went back in to AT&T today to get a final breakdown of my payment plan options. Jasper was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. I ended up having to run back and forth between AT&T and Verizon more than once today due to Verizon having multiple employees telling me different/false information, making our process last a total of seven hours JUST for today. When I finally returned an hour before closing, Jasper helped me to finalize my transfer. We then realized that Verizon still had not unlocked my phone after being told they had done so, so I returned back to the Verizon store. I ended up calling AT&T FIVE MINUTES before closing (from a Verizon store phone- lol), stating that Verizon was no longer going to unlock my phone and never were planning to, meaning my new SIM card was of no use and I had no means of communication. I asked if they could pull a phone for me while I sell my new one back to Verizon (afraid they would close before I got there), because I needed something and couldn’t go without. Jasper came to the line and helped me find a temporary solution for the night so that I would not have to go home alone without a way to contact anyone in case of emergency. He said “I don’t want you to make a quick decision without thinking through the details and pricing first.” He then told me to return tomorrow once they open and he will help me to find a new plan and phone that work best for me. Thank you to Jasper & the team for calming my frustration after a long and hectic day! I look forward to being able to work with you all from now on!

Alabaster store use to be a respectable store. Everyone in the Shelby county area loved this store. Due to management changing and the firing of the store manager keyomie. The management staff creates fake lines on everyone accounts. Recently several friends into the store due to false lies. The worst management staff thus far. I have several friends discuss the lies at this location. I will head to Helena now. Poor job management poor job.

Jeff was amazing! He tried to get us the most for our money and looked at our bills. We came to get upgraded iPhones and walked out with new iPhones, 2 cases an AirTag and cheaper bills!

This store was very helpful and and patient with me in my last visit. After exhausting every option at their disposal, they made sure that I at least had an opointment with their tech support division regarding my admittedly difficult problem. COVID-19 does not seem to slow this location down.

I visited the store to see Gerald but his visiting manager James took over and gave us the best service I ever received. We brought out numbers from Sprint and got two phones plus iPad. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our rep had only been there a few months, so if he didnt know something he was sure to ask his boss so he was giving us the right answers. Went to the Chelsea store first and the rep was not so personable. We all got phone upgrades and accessories, and left very happy!

Erica, was very helpful. She went over and beyond to help me. I didnt know a lot about my phone and she explained everything to me step by step.

I encountered problems with transferring data from a damaged iPhone to my replacement device. Dewayne McDaniel with AT&T at the Alabaster, Alabama store helped me immensely. He was pleasant and understanding. Also, he was patient and cared about my dilemma. Technically, he was very sound. All in all a great resolution to my problem.

I just left the ATT in Alabaster. The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so helpful and kind. And I upgraded my 11 Pro Max to the 12 Pro Max. I love it. The whole interaction was quick, easy, and I am so glad we chose to come to the Alabaster location. Thank you all so much for your help! Matthew did a great job helping us with our company account. I had spent a couple of hours on the phone earlier today and was told the matter had to be handled at the local store. Once I got to the local store, he looked up our account and it stated it had to be handled over the phone. He called them and within 30 minutes got everything handled for our account. Matthew and his associates at the Alabaster, AL store were very helpful and friendly. After all of the run around with the phone customer service it was awesome to get this amazing customer support instead of being sent to someone else to fix the problem! I arrived at the AT&T store for assistance with my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I had been trying for over a week to get my new phone set up correctly, but had no luck! I’ve made phone calls, looked on the internet, called AT&T & contacted Apple. The representative at the AT&T store took care of my phone & went out of his way to answer all of my questions! He spent more time with me than he probably should have, but he never tried to rush me or make me feel like I was taking up his time. He definitely gets 5 stars from me!! Every employee could learn from that young man!

My sister and I were in this store on Sat. THEY WERE VERY BUSY. I AND MY SISTER WERE IMPRESSED with the way they handled the corona virus issue by having us wait in our car until our turn. DON HELPED ME REPLACE my 5 year old Samdung with a new one. HE WAS VERY PATIENT, friendly and kind and got me up and running. I came in today for a minor tuneup and once again very patient and kind. At 78 and just having had major surgery I really appreciated this. Will refer people to him in the future.
