Everything went nice. They provided towels to dry the car off. The vacuums worked great.

Great staff. If all you want is carcass, they are great. Unfortunately some customers use the vacuum bays as their personal detail shop. When the customer raises his hood and starts detailing the engine, staff should step in and discourage this.

It is a automatic car wash, you get the works for 20 bucks, the only thing is you get left with some water spots. this particular one seems to run a little faster than the other car washs he owns, maybe not but seemed to. overall a good job and of course free vacuums and window cleaner and rags. this one seemed to be out of rags.

Poor first wash as vehicle was really dirty. After we complained to management we went to the prewash & scrubbed with soapy brushes before A second pass thru the wash. Second wash was better & satisfactory.

This is the worst place to do business with. They intentionally manipulate people to signing for additional free month with the vises of giving back to the community in regards to covid 19. They continue to withdraw money from your account after you advise them that you dont want their services. Three times I tried to cancel my services with no success. Only after threatening media exposure did the rep advise that she will cancel the account. Also that no refund can be given. A piece work!! If I could rate no stars I would!!

Car wash was fine. Not sure I should have paid for the most expensive wash option. Couldnt really tell a difference between that and others. What was disappointing was the vacuums. They hardly picked up anything from the floor of my car. At first I thought I just had a bad one, so moved my car to a different one and got the same results. It was quite busy so I dont know if more cars equals less suction through the vacuums.

Mike at the Alabaster location went above and beyond to help out a disabled customer. He was kind, courteous and worked so hard with a smile on his face. He steadfastly declined a tip also. Marc-1 gained a new monthly customer due to his outstanding actions.

Usually and overall, great carwash and service.But this particular Saturday 5-9-2020 around 2:30pm. Wash was very busy. I was in line behind a person using a card and not pass.The team member came out to offer and sell a pass for this individual holding up the line and six or seven vehicles on the other side went into the wash before me. Im usually a patient person, but I thought this was rude and couldve been done better. Perhaps offer the pass while they are vacuuming their vehicle. Just my input for better service. Thank you

Went through auto wash and it bent my mirrors back and misaligned my camera on side mirror. Car wash itself was rougher than the one I normally use in Pelham and shorter, not a thorough cleaning and drying. The go light was lit up the whole time, which tells the driver to put in drive and exit. Very disappointed as this location is closer to me. The value isnt there and the drive to Pelham is now worth it.

Excellent car wash with even better service from the employees. None of them are ever rude, rushing, or reactive, even when I am slightly snarky (sorry!). One, Caleb, was super helpful about getting me information about upgrades vs subscription pricing. When you want a microfiber towel they are quick to help.

Nothing super special about this business and you will be doing the work. Higher than average costs for not so much - you pre wash your own vehicle ( if you want it clean ) and the car wash itself could be better by 50% or more. If you really want your car clean, doing it yourself would be a much better option. Not the best in customer service. I was not impressed.

All good experiences here. This is a new location and it did take awhile to get all the bugs out of the equipment, but since then its been great. The staff is top notch, exceptional people make the difference. Quality equipment with consistent results. Pricing is spot on. Even the client base is great, respectful and helpful to other customers. I have tried other local washes, and they have their merit, but I returned here and plan to stay. I would recommend this company above the others. You cant go wrong with any of the locations, but this one seems to raise the bar for the others. 👍👍

Staff is great. James the regional manager is always accommodating and the local staff from Chris to Montez(?) are always willing to help and take care of any issues I have. Software issues recently but they are working on that. Good car wash ESPECIALLY if you choose the monthly wash plans!

Covid-19 is making them not be able to put out the brushes for us to use before the wash. Payed $20 for a wash and knew it wasnt going to get it, but they ran me back through and it worked out great. Very friendly workers.

While wiping off my vehicle after a good wash, a thunderstorm came up and it poured. No offer of a free wash like I’ve experienced at other places. Also the tire treatment wasn’t up to par and there wasn’t a mat cleaning machine.

Exceptional customer service. Smiling and helpful employees! If you have an SUV, a little detail cleaning on the back end of the vehicle is necessary before entering the wash. The brushes do not do a good job on the back end of the vehicle.

Great prices on monthly wash packages

Spent $20 on a wash the basic does the same as the cheapest service. Dont shell out the extra cash with the added details. You dont notice them. My car still came out filthy, this is a do it yourself so bring your own cleaning items. Hence dont spend extra. Vacuums sometimes have good suction. Dont count on the attendant to fold mirrors in do it yourself or to scrub the front and back before you go thru. They spray the front and assume that does something when you go thru the wash. Their are no rags for you to use dont mind the bins.If you want a good wash go somewhere they wipe down/vacuum the car for you like Anthonys or Misters. Its worth the money.

We have the 6 washes a month deal. It works well for us. The employees are all nice .Its close to where we live so very convenient.

Most employees look miserable all the time and hardly ever any clean towels. Attendant disappeared so I couldnt ask for lean towels. Definitely wasnt the first or 17th time.

Great car wash for a great price. You drive through the auto wash and it cleans your car and then when youre done you have free vacuums. They also have floor mat cleaners which do a pretty good job. They usually have window cleaner and all purpose cleaner when people dont drive off with them LOL. I dont generally want my car washed but I spend $4 at least vacuum my car out at the do-it-yourself car wash so why not spend $7 and get your car washed and as much time as you want to vacuum.

The wash is pretty gd, but I wish theyd either come down in price when paying for the whole month. Also, I wish they had a family plan. Where u can add all of the cars u have. We have 3 & the month long price per car is just to expensive.

Its been awhile since Ive run my car through an automated car wash, but $15 for a basic wash seems a little extreme. I can pay $7 at Blue Rain Express for the same Basic services or get Premium services for $15. Not worth it to me.

I always go here and sometimes there are even promos that you can opt into for discounts.If you just need a quick wash, they start at $7 for the basic and you can apply add-ons or higher-tier washes with the extras.Something that always frustrated me (especially moving to a new area) was paying 10+ bucks for a car wash only to get to the vacuum station with very low suction (I usually like to clean the inside thoroughly every time I wash). The vacuums are always very powerful at he Alabaster and Pelham locations. I’ve always been satisfied with how clean my car turns out and I’ve never had any incidents with damage to my car.

When I was working up that way. It was a nice place and it had nice folks.

The autowash works great, but they only pre-soak the drivers side of the car, dont remove the antenna for you like most other places, and are perpetually out of everything at the provided cart. They do have a pre-scrub area which helps them meet expectations.

If this location seems busy then just visit and youll understand why. A+

My car always still has missed spots on the back and tires. I spend 45 minutes wiping off the dirt after the wash, doesnt matter if you get the most expensive or cheapest.

Its a car wash. Its a decent carwash. Their prices seem a little high to me, but you really just have to weigh whether or not its worth it to not have to wash your car by hand.

On October 30th I️ went through the car wash and my side mirror was cracked on my truck. No big deal, stuff happens, they made a report right away for me and then I️ never saw my replacement mirror. I’m a busy guy and don’t have time to track someone down. A month later or so after me contacting them and leaving messages etc. I️ was given a mirror that was not the right one for my vehicle. I️ got it back to the manager the next day and he apologized and said he’d get right on it. Never heard back, anytime I️ call my phone calls aren’t returned by the manager. Today is February 13th and still have not had the issue resolved. Terrible terrible customer service!

I dont know what is going on at Marc-1. We have three monthly cards there so we are there on a regular basis. The last time I was there an employee was extremely rude. I went inside to let management know, he followed me in to confront me. I walked out, followed me back outside arguing with me until I left.

Makes you love a clean car

You would think being a new car wash, they would keep everything up and it would wash your car properly. Negative, first off they have a bucket area to prewash tires, headlights, bumper etc. This water was BLACK, so apparently it hadnt been changed since grandma opening and had no soap in them.spend $20 and the tires were not coated properly with tires shine. The sides of the car still had dirt on it. I mentioned something to the attendant said oh its just your color coming off your tires. Sorry but black doesnt come off black rubber. I stopped going to their wash in Pelham by Zaxbys because it doesnt do a good job cleaning your car any longer. I guess the kids or grandkids have took over this business and like any other business thats passed down these days, they dont care about customer satisfaction, only about how much money they can make. Im finished with the Mark carwash facilities, tired of wasting money on people that dont appreciate your business.
