If you are here for shipping then its on the back side next to receiving you can park overnight and they gonna knock your door at 7.30 am or 8 and load your trailer

No home life work balance. As a sheet Extrusion Operator you have to work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week with no time off for any reason. Hot dirty and managers dont care about anyone. Temporary workers for getting raw and most of the time dump the wrong materials. So you need to do full clean outs. And start over.

Worked in the sales department here for 3 months. It felt like 30 years. Absolutely terrible place to work. All the employees hate their jobs. Unless you have a deep love for plastic flower pots, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Terrible place to work, I worked maintenance. They dont take the time to train you on stuff or tell you how to do certain things and expect you to know everything. Supervisor treated me unfairly because I was working with them thru a temp agency (or probably also because of my race), constantly talked down on other employees which was bad for the workplace, and was just overall an unfit supervisor in my opinion.

Hated it! Worst job ever for me. Racism is obvious!! Terrible work environment. Supervisors are messy and be on power trips and employees. They hate training people as well.

Today is my second day working at LMP, so far so good, everyone helps each other if needed, great team work,, the restroom is up to par as far as cleaning, the eating area is pleasant, LMT safety environment / being safe is always a must...Im impressed, I may have a new family..(LMT)❣️

This is a terrible place to work.The pay sucks that have the lowest pay scale of any plastics factory around.You will work every day of the year with the exception of company shut down thay will tell you thar you might have to work weekends during the busy season but you will work every damn day of the year. The place is super Smokey barely any ventilation very dirty.DO NOT APPLY HERE
