Such a great experience! My daughter was sick the day of her birthday and we needed to reschedule and they were so nice and accommodating. Timely delivery and setup. Clean. My daughter (2) jumped in the bounce house for 4 straight hours. She LOVED it.

The owner of this place is a heartless monster. I’m a single mom with a lot on my plate. I wanted to make my 7yr old sons bday they best he could have . we’ve lost both grandfathers and grandmother. i overlooked the pick up time today in an email that was sent to Junk. i begged for forgiveness, offered to pay more, yet it was impossible to have anyone meet me at the warehouse for me to pick up my own rental. now 15 kids will show up with swim suites and there will be nothing with water at the party my son will be crushed . and it’s a lot to have weighing on your heart as a mother. i’d give less than one star but i can’t .

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AGAIN THIS YEAR!

The customer service was good. However the virtual reality and ps4 did not work. He never asked for my wifi code so he used his hotspot and the games kept messing up. The controllers was getting stuck making it hard to play the games. There was no problem when I would text to pay I would get a call within a hour. When I contacted them about issues no return call/text message. Very poor for business!!!!!!!!Signed irritated customer Ieisha Owens

We rented a bouncy house for our August 3rd party. It was a great success. The men delivered it ahead of time, set it up quickly and were gone. They returned at the correct time and completely deflated it and folded it up and took it away very quickly.The children there cried because two men took away their bouncy house. As I said, it was a great success.Thank you OMG, I will definitely rent from you again.

They’ve done a very nice job in the renovation of their building. A nice solid investment by this company brings a clean and improved commercial property up to much better standards for the neighborhood.

We used OMG over the weekend for a Community Carnival, and we were very happy with them! The last second we wanted to add a slip and slide due to the heat and they were able to do so and it was a huge success. They arrived on time to set up and I know the guys that were setting up were very busy but they were professional. We will be using them again in the future.

They texted me ahead of time, showed up when they said they would, and were ON TIME and extremely professional and friendly! Beyond happy with their service! I had several questions that had multiple phone calls and not once did they ever get irritated with me. They took the time and answered every single one of my questions. We rented the 40 foot inflatable obstacle course and let me tell you it did not disappoint. From setup to playing on it to pick up the service they provide is amazing! We will definitely be using them again.

Great service from speaking to Laura in the beginning to receiving a quote in a timely manner; the professional set up (plus patient answers to my many questions)to the retrieval at the end. Fabulous experience and would rent again in a heartbeat! Never dealt with this company before either. Highly recommend including the set-up and take-down--its well worth it especially on the day of a big party. (Rented the slip-n-slide and was upgraded to the slide with a higher wall at the end so our hulk-like teen guests wouldnt flip off onto our hill when they got to the bottom!)

OMG has provided inflatables for our Mason CLC Field Day. The students LOVE the obstacle courses. Even the staff members race against the kids. OMG is so great with their time flexibility - they show up early to make sure the inflatables are up and running before our Field Day starts! Great group to work with.

We rented an inflatable last year to add to our college homecoming festivities. It was a nice addition and the staff at OMG made it super simple because they handled all of the set-up and tear-down. I would definitely use their services again.

Absolutely the most subpar professionalism I have ever experienced while attempting to rent multiple items for a weekend party. I can understand why there are multiple other complaints about Jason/management personnel as we absolutely do not need your business... probably should NEVER come from anyones mouth despite any validity of truth from a potential customer.Fact: There are countless other inflatable rental providers in the immediate area, and understandably all are easily acquirable. This place just happens to be < 2 miles from my shop, and 3 miles from my house. Makes the most sense to rent from for picking up/dropping off purposes.I contacted this place several times this week, every attempt went into voicemail. Various hours, and call times - all went to voicemail.I contacted the Cleveland location in attempt to secure the items, and was willing to make the drive despite the logistics....and immediately were given accommodations and extended rent times all went no condescending tones and/or excuses why they were too busy to address my rental needs.I wish Jason luck in finding some personality training, and professionalism while remembering that the customer at the end of the day...is always right. 1 bad apples ruins orchards, 1 great experience might tell a few people...but my money spends the same at your competition and friends/family tend to stick together.Goodluck, but this place will never see my business opportunity again.

Ian and Nate were great! They were on time for delivery, we had one blow up that we wanted moved to a new position so they did and were happy to do so. When they came for pick up they were on time and have great service.

Our church rented recently from OMG. Very easy to deal with. We opted to have them setup and tear down the items. They were there when they said theyd be, on both ends. Everything was in working order and we had no issues. This was the second time we rented from OMG and well be back next time.
