Before the pictures that accompany this post, I went in for a fill, was seated with Henry, that cost me $60 and the Polish peeled with a week. I never get anything more than a color with a matte topcoat. Went back to get it fixed, and requested LeeLee per the instructions of some of my coworkers. Waited for30 minutes and was then told that she wasn’t in that day. I was asked who else I would like to see, and requested James per additional instruction from coworkers. Waited another 30 minutes to be told that the service I was in there for (a polish change to fix the peeled polish) James did not do. When he reluctantly agreed to do my service, was rushed and then ended up paying $30 for a Polish change, polish was horribly bubbled and was not fixed and this is what I have now LESS THAN A WEEK LATER. Service was rushed and was treated as though my business was not valued or appreciated.

My husband sent my mother in law and I here to get our nails and toes done. Let me tell you this place made us feel like we were stars in cali. Everyone is super nice, super clean, very beautiful inside. You definitely get beyond the service you pay for! This will be in our schedule for now on. Scented water, super fresh smelling oranges in your water, nice massage, and much more.They didnt even use paint on my acrylic it was pretty awesome!Highly recommend

I went in for a Polish change and was told to sit at a table for the next available person, there was to nail techs sitting at their tables playing on their phones when I asked could they paint my nails I was told they only do acrylic which is what is on my nails, after asking if one of them can do it because I didn’t have time to wait, One of them agreed… It cost me $27 for a polish change which the board with prices on it says $10 then I was told by the rude owner that that’s for a regular polish that they don’t even carry in the nail salon. So not only are they rude and unprofessional rush through your nails their false advertising their prices! It was horrible and I will never go back to this place!! Take it from me don’t waste your money at rose nails!!!

Rushed nail job every time. My nails always break or chip when going here. I wont return. I wouldnt recommend. Not worth $40... I just got my nails done today and the polish is already coming up. My nails are uneven and they didnt ask how short I wanted them. They just cut them off.

I visited Rose Nails about a week ago & I Love my set & pedicure. I decided to go with an overlay on my natural nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. My nail tech was pleasant and gentle with my nails too. I will definitely be back.

Today was my second time in years. It was a pleasure and the women that helped me asked me if I was satisfied with her work throughout my service. That is one thing I like. But she did move quite fast. So I didn’t get to enjoy the massage like I wanted too. I wish they offered regular polish which could save some money. Because they are kinda pricey for gel. I would go again definitely.

It was good. Pretty expensive and they use this grater thing during the pedicures. It took some skin off on the side of my foot and was painful but I should’ve just said not to use that and it was a honest mistake. The acrylics I loved. She did well with design and I even came back in afterward cuz I noticed some imperfections and she fixed them real quick. I just don’t like that you can’t make appointments.

Just leaving. Over charged by $15 plus $10 tip. Asked for a soak off and manicure. They tried to rip off the acrylics, then grind them off. I asked for a SOAK OFF. I had to tell her NO i want them soaked off 4 times before she sort of listened. The woman shaped my nail square then asked if that was OK. I mean not much of a choice now! Then after telling her I didnt want any length taken off she proceeds to file them down effectively taking length off, when I asked if she would leave the other hand oval shaped she made them square too. This is my fourth visit. Ive never had an issue until today. They were more focused on talking to each other then listening to the client. Shame.

I really had high hopes with the overall review rating. I went in for a FILL and to fix two nails. The guy who checked me in was nice and professional, it went downhill from there. My nails look like a 10 year old did them, they’re bulky and the shape is inconsistent. I told the technician they were too thick but she just disagreed with me. I was charged $65 and only tipped because I respect and appreciate other people’s time. I’m out of $70 and now have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. What a let down. At least now I know :(

Me and my mom got our nails done for our vacation. Her toes are bleeding,there are bumps in her nails,her nails aren’t even and she hates them. My nails where cut WAY to short they hurt, even though we asked not to cut them. We also asked to sit by eachother and they put us far from eachother. My toes look HORRIBLE. We sat in the chairs for about 10 minutes to get our toes done. The pedi was so rushed. The whole thing was rushed. Don’t go here. We are never going again.

Ive been going here for a little over a year now and I only had one bad experience. It all depends on the tech you get, James, Lele, or Kay are the only people there that I trust with my nails and Ive always get such good work. I show them a picture of what I want and they always execute it to the best of their ability. I always recommend this place!

My original review has changed because the fist time I was there was great but then I just went back to get my nails and toes done and my toes and the girl was great then came time for the nails and he took off my nails and did a new set and this was Thursday and today’s Monday and there lifting and uneven and not even what I wanted! I’m going to post a pic of what I wanted and what I got after paying 80$ with nails and toes 140$

The woman who did my nails was very unprofessional. she was so rushed and in a bad mood. I paid 140 dollars and the nails went ugly in a week and my toes nail was bleeding. I do not recommend that place.

They are amazing!! My three daughters and I went,the staff was so friendly and did an excellent job on our nails. Will definitely be retuning.

Thank goodness for the staff. Tonight I couldnt decide on a nail polish. The kind young man helped me pick the most fabulous shade of pink. I arrived there late not knowing if I could even get a fill on my nails so to have his help taking time with me was admirable. As always another nice nail 💅 job by rose 🌹 nails.

I love getting my nails done here and will wait the hours I have waited to get my nails done by any tech. The quality and price blow everyone out the water!!! Even on busy days they still get you in and out the best they absolutely can. Love my nails and the experience everytime❤️

I have been going to Rose Nails for many many years. I have never walked out with a service I wasn’t pleased with. If you don’t like the color you originally choose when they paint your fingernails guess what they will change it if you’re not satisfied with the artwork guess what they will change it and if they are extremely well priced I always tip well because the services I render are done very well and within a very reasonable price range. I have been to many salons in the Akron area including nails 90, grand nails, and New York nail, that are just a few that I feel like are in comparison to rose nails and rose nails are by far is the best priced and you get the same quality of nail. Not to say these other places are not lovely as well because of they are service and for the most part they are nail art is comparing but I always go back to rose nails it’s just a wonderful place to have your nails done and I’m satisfied every time! They have my service until I move from the state!! 😍😍🤩🤩❤️💙💜💗💗

The owner of the salon RIPPED my acrylic nails off with a nail tool instead of soaking them and OH MY GOODNESS, IT HURT SO BAD AND MY FINGER WAS BLEEDING SO MUCH!I screamed, “OUCH!” and the owner told me that this is better for the nail, what a joke!DON’T GO HERE!

Poor quality work. I used them before and I thought I would give them another chance after a year after getting fungus under my thumb. Big mistake. Toenails were cut wrong and caused pain. Nails are jacked. Their customer service is still horrible. They will not get another opportunity. They tell you to contact them when you are unhappy or come back and they will fix to your satisfaction. Not true! The so called manager refused. Never coming back here.

I feel they rush through theyre services in order to serve more customers. Had the dip done and after about a week it was peeling around my cuticles and catching on everything. It was also on way too thick. Also my feet still felt rough right after my pedicure

I love Rose Nails they always get me in and out. I’ve personally never had a problem with them. James does amazing he’s the only one I’ll go to for nails but anyone who’s done my pedicure always does an amazing job. Anna always seems to be working hard to keep the traffic flowing so that no one is there to long. Overall they’re definitely my go too and I’m very hard to please.

Full set nails I really needed mines taken off and reapplied (because Barberton location did a VERY BAD 😡 job. (Will never go back)So I was very leery 😒 when a older gentleman came to do my nails)🌟 🤩 HENRY (I think was his name) He was AWESOME 🤩 he did my coffin shaped medium length & artwork perfectly. I’m very impressed and happy 😊

I recently moved to Ohio from NY. Why??? Lol I try this rose nails and the one in Green. Sorry to be so blunt but the One in Green caters more to white people. I would one day appreciate if blacks got the same respect as whites. But anyway. I love this Rose nails always gets me right my nails, lashes and pedicures. Thank you. I went to Rose nails for the first time, to get a gel manicure. I waited 45 minutes before sitting in a chair, and another 10 minutes after that until someone came to do my nails. When I mentioned how busy it was, Anna the manager, who was doing my nails, told me that she was short 3 nail techs that day. I can completely understand and sympathized with her immediately. I believe she even called in a nail tech from another location to help. She was running around like crazy, keeping things moving. I will say that because of this, I did feel that I was rushed and wished she had spent a minute or two at the end of my manicure to clean up the edges, but I guess I understood how busy she was. Overall, I will definitely be back, because the manicure was good. The wait time was crazy (can you imagine if I was getting a pedicure as well?!) BUT I will skip going right after work during the rush, because it was just too busy for me. Go during the day if you can and Im sure you will love your experience. It was clean and there were TONS of gel colors to choose from.

My first time there and my first pedicure and they did an amazing job. Not to mention the bar. The service was great and overall great experience. I will be back!

My friend and I weve there for a full set, we waited for poverty an hour so that we could be seated together, and then they split us up because someone came in throwing a fit about how my friend had her nail tech. No apologies or anything. When it was all said and done, my nails were just OK. Ill give them another chance because they have a good reputation

Up until the actual painting of the nails everything seemed to go very well. The polish was put on too thick not given any time in between or to dry afterwards as soon as I was finished she wanted her money and sent me out the door I live 10 minutes away the drive home the nail polish still not dry and rubbed off onto the foam toe pieces.

I went to get my nails done first time ever! I am now left with fungus on my nails and have to see a dr! The lady did my nails horribly and then refused to redo them! This is not the first time this has happened either!! I’ve found out several of my friends had this happen to them to I’ve tried calling got hung up on I’ve tried going in and I was told to leave!! Excuse me?? This is not the way to keep customers you have lost several customers for the unprofessionalism!!!

This was my second appointment at Rose Nails. I got a full-set the first visit and a fill my second..The employees are fairly welcoming! Unlike some other places I have been to, they understand what you are saying && give You what you ask for, Not what they think you want!I would give my overall experience a 5/5!I would like to see them expand their select for the mood changing polish. I dont care to have anything flashy but I do like to have a color thats not basic. The color changing selection really only has 2 that I like.!

K was super sweet and did a wonderful job on my nails. He is also a good conversationalist and made me feel welcomed. He was describing other services available too, which was very helpful. Next time I hope to have a mixed 🍷🍻.

Very nice and clean place to come get a Pedicure, Manicure and just relax by yourself or with friends. They even have a little princess chair for all those young girls who want pampered too.. The staff is very friendly. You dont need an appointment. They even have a bar for adults. I enjoyed spending time with my daughter and just relaxing.

Really horrible customer service and got rude and mean when I asked them to fix. Maybe it was a bad day but I definitely didn’t deserve to be treated the way I was.

Tech did not listen repeatedly told him HOW I WANTED MY NAILS.. MANAGER Anna didnt do anything about it..TOLD me I had to pay full price for my nails to be fixed. The worst I ever.. Couldnt even compromise.. But sent a message to me saying they were sorry come back to solve it... Nope rude an unprofessional got very defensive like I was rude an did something..Didnt sanitize there hands after touching another clients hands.. Was positive when I arrived when I left I wanted to cry my nails was so bad

Poor service. Didnt do the nails wanted and when asked to fix they refused, whereas any other salon fixes issues. Because they did a poor job and refused to fix it, the result is THREE (3) fungal infections. When the salon was called about this, they handled it very unprofessionally and yelled and hung up. Because of THEIR actions and unprofessionalism, fixing the fungal infections on the nails has to come out of pocket from personal payment when this is something the salon should be fixing. Action will be taken. Don’t go here if you have any concern for your own health and nails.

Honey was amazing and very attentive with my feet!!!!Honey also did my daughters mani/pedi and she LOVED IT!!!! The experience was GREAT!! LeLe did my nails FANTASTICALLY posted them light blue and pink, butterflies and gems just as I asked they were the perfect length and thickness because I HATE chunky nails (thank you Eric for the help and the referral) the best nail tech I’ve had ever I will be back to see her....

Its been 1 week since I got my nails done and my rhinestones are falling off every which way. For 10$ per nail I expected quality. She shaped them the way I asked but she cut my finger in the process (its healed now). I was told that she could do nice art and she couldnt.

Whats the point of being able to pick who you want to do your nails if they dont listen. I even repeated myself 2x I wanted a different lady. It was better than last time because it wasnt rushed. I only come to roses nails for one lady. Nancy is amazing at pedicures and manicures. I request her everytime. And the last 2x they give me someone else. Im taking a break from coming here and goin to a new place for a while. Also the young lady that did my pedicure today had short on so short. I saw more than I needed to of private parts.

I loved my experience at Rose Nails. I got my nails and toes done. I walked in and was greeted by a smile by a young lady. I walked in and was seated immediately. I was about an hour and a half. But a full set and a pedicure. I live 3 miles from the closest nail salon but I choose to 🌹 because of their reviews. If you live in the Akron, Ohio area or driving through and need a quick fix go there.

I waited for hours to be taken care of i had my 3 year old with me who also received services and they actually charged me 50 dollars for her as if they had to put in work on her feet or even had a seat for her size this is ridiculous her toe polish is off its not even a full 24 hours later ive also tried calling ive called 7 times this morning it rings 3 times and it ask to enter a access code

Usually a great time, although they use to give complimentary wine🍷 now they have a awesome Tiki Bar! Sept 2020 Up date . They tried to make me get a pedicure and shellac saying they dont give regular Polish change any more, thats why its empty in there, how dare they try to strong arm me into getting a service I dont want! They cut my boyfriends toenail 1/3 off from the side, its bleeding and they didnt even acknowledge this.It was filthy to begin with, they hadnt even cleaned up the fingernail trimmings off the chair before they sat us down.

Very unsatisfied with my experience here. I went in for a fill and there was a worker who was telling a woman to get out of her seat and refused to do her nails! She asked why and was told that she just has to move without any context or reason. My nails on the other hand were horrible and my lady was very inpatient and rude. Rose nails will never see my money again.

I got home...looked at my nails...they were pretty terrible... I was very disappointed.

I’m usually not one to complain, but I’m done coming here. The only thing good about this place is the large amount of colors to choose from. I’m always so rushed here. Last time they did a really sloppy job and my acrylic gel nails chipped after four days. They rushed me out the door. Rude staff at all Rose Nail locations. Also very unorganized.Yeah it’s close to my house and like I said previously they have a great nail color selection, but unfortunately it’s not worth my time or money anymore. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I had an eyelash nightmare elsewhere and needed the work removed i came here and instantly they helped get the old lashes off and get me a new set on!! Lena did an amazing job on my eyelashes the most natural and full they’ve ever looked.
