I had my first ever wax with Tayna and she made me feel comfortable and checked in with me throughout. She was very friendly and professional! The salon was lovely and clean. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly, helpful, and professional! I’m looking forward to coming back and trying out more services!

Beautiful, clean facility. My best friend and I went in for Brazilian waxes. One of the best spa experiences Ive ever had. Everyone was kind and friendly. If youre looking to get some waxing done, give them a call!

I would not go back. The pedicure was ok... No leg massage or hot towels scrubbing was very minimal, I was supposed to get a manicure but didnt because they couldnt remove the dip polish I already had on my fingers, my friend got a manicure with gel and the polish lasted less then 2 weeks. The upper back massage was ruined because of the conversation I was having with the massage therapist ( not relaxing at all for me) the facial was nice but when she was massaging my head she kept pulling my hair really hard. My friend loved her facial though. Overall for the services we received and the price we paid we will be trying a new place next time

As a man Ive been to over 10 different barbers and salons, and Nicole Jeffreys salon cut my hair the best. The interior is rich and inviting to any gender. HIGHLY recommend. Regards to Tayna for such an awesome cut as well!

My girlfriend and I came in today for what was our first and sure to be last time. I got the Gentlemans Pedicure, and she got a spa pedicure. She also asked for a french manicure. For starters, the technician did not do any sort of cuticle care during the pedicure. There was no warm towel afterwards, and she did not dry either of our feet after she was finished. This was not either of our first pedicures, so we were both well aware of standard procedure. During my girlfriends manicure, she did not properly prepare for the manicure, or wash the hands before starting. Not only that, but she also did not trim her nails, she simply just filed them down, which was not what was asked for. Also, speaking of things not asked for, my girlfriend wanted a french manicure and had picked out the specific shade she wanted. The technician changed it without consulting her, telling her that SHE HAD to change it because the color originally picked wouldnt look right on her fingers. AND THEN to top it off, she got white all over my girls fingers, without cleaning it off. It looked like a toddler painted her nails. She also smudged one finger and failed to fix it. They were uneven and was the worst manicure shes ever gotten. The salon itself looked nice on the interior, but service itself was lacking. Will never be back.

I absolutely love this salon. They are always professional and timely and friendly. Gina has done my hair for 5 years and I always feel amazing when I leave there. Shes great with color, cut, styling and she has great suggestions for when Im so indecisive. I will keep going to Gina and I would recommend her to anyone. 🙂

Excellent and friendly customer service. The stylists were all so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Marie colored my hair and I cannot explain how appreciative and blown away I was with my results. In addition to the amazing staff, the salon has some of the most comfortable client chairs and rinse stations I have ever sat in! I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and most importantly loving my new hair.

A nice salon that offers a variety of different treatments such as hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, hair shampooing, messages, and Reiki. Came in for a message and Kathy took great care of me. Facility is very clean, coffee and tea are offered up front, and the atmosphere is very nice. Would definitely be willing to come back.

I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now almost 30 now. The staff here is amazing and the girls do an amazing job! If you want your hair healthy and someone who knows what they are actually doing come here, You won’t regret it. I normally see Tricia on a regular basis who’s so awesome and so sweet but also have had my hair done by Beth, Morgan, Lexi and Gina. They have curled my hair for special events in my life and cut and colored too. The whole entire staff is awesome here. I Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I have been getting a massage from Kathy Frye for the last couple years. She is awesome at what she does and every time I leave I feel like the weight of the world has lifted off of my shoulders. Also Ariel at the front desk is super helpful and always makes me feel so welcome.

I was past due on needing a hairstyle change Ive had the same hairstyle since the late-eighties sadly to admit. Long story short, a hairstyle change even if it was small was BIG to me. I went in for a consultation with Beth and she gave me an idea of what she thought would be a good look for me with little maintenance. I went back in two weeks later and came out as the after picture that I wanted to be! I had no idea what I was looking for or what I thought would look good on me and Beth created a hairstyle just for me its perfect and I just get overwhelmed with compliments!! she just did an amazing job on my hair and I wont be going anywhere else but back to Beth. I have been to this salon regularly for the past year. Today I was treated in a very bizarre manner. I arrived and was greeted by the stylist who asked if she could save time by skipping the shampoo. I was puzzled and replied no. Then she said then she may have to abbreviate the blow dry. Again perplexed, I said no way and she said her next client was at 2pm and I arrived late for my 1:30. I looked at my watch and said I had arrived 5min late. She said I was now 10min late. This upset me and said I better leave as this was not working and was very sorry.My thoughts were I must have been mistaken by putting NJ in the category of a better salon, because I have never been in a better salon that only allows 30min for a womens cut and style. Also it could have been handled much better by explaining her schedule was not working and she would love to rebook me.Up until this point I world have rated them a 4 or 5 star. Instead they have lost two regular clients as my son went there also. Funny I never see the salon with more than 2 clients and usually I was the only one. I did get a decent haircut but have had better. Wishing you good luck as we both move forward, maybe we will meet again and maybe not... ♡

This was my first visit to this salon and had decided to make a drastic change. I wanted to go from very long hair to something short.I also wanted to donate my hair. Beth did a fantastic job! The whole staff honestly was great! I cant wait to go back.

Went here for the first time 10/17/18 for a hair color appointment with Lexi. Omg I could not be happier! The color turned out amazing!!! She even did my hair for me to be not as expensive and I still love love love it!!!! The atmosphere was clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly!!! Ive never felt so comfortable in a salon before. Lexi was beyond sweet and such a wonderful person. I will definitely come back for all my hair needs! It definitely isnt cheap but its well worth the price for the experience and expertise you get. I will contine to reccomend this place to anyone who asks.

I booked a cut, color, mani and pedi for my fiance for the day before our wedding. The person setting up the appointment was very helpful and let me know there was no massage therapist available that day which was fine, the services above would be great.**** The person who booked the visit and the person who did the hair cut and color were GREAT.****The person who did the mani pedi said several times Im not going to have time to do your mani, my next client is here at 2:00, well, my fiance was booked until 2:30, its not my fiances fault you cant manage your time.So after stating the same several times obviously in an effort to get my fiance to say ok, no problem... the person states that she will do it but it has to be quick.SHE THEN PUSHES SO HARD WITH THE CUTICLE TOOL AND NAIL FILE IT BURNS INTO HER SKIN AND THE CUTICLE AREA ALL BUT BLEEDS... then she only has one color available because she doesnt have enough time to go get a polish color that my now wife wanted from her station... really ??? So she gets transparent glitter with her French manicure...This got two stars ONLY because the person who booked it and the hair person were great... the nail person wrecked the entire visit and it sucks for the next few days when I held her hand I had to be careful not to hit the area the B at this place burnt into her finger with the nail file.
