I called told them what I wanted. Told them again I wanted acrylic, when she started my nails she asked if I wanted to do powder dip. I said no. She kept insisting that I do powder. I had to keep telling her no. She finally backed down after about 6 times. Then I ended up with super glue all over my fingertips. Then when I told her the length I wanted she argued about how short I wanted them. When she finished they were all different lengths and crooked. I had to leave and get a nail file and file my nails down. Not to mention after she finished while waiting for them to dry she asked me to move and sit in a pedicure chair that someone has just finished getting a pedicure done and they did not even clean it yet.

Love love love this place and all the people that work here! I come every 3 weeks for a dip set and everyone is so friendly and talkative. I’ve gotten to the point where I let them decide on my color sometimes!! Highly recommend!!

Jenny is the best nail technician Ive ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for a long time and have been to a lot of salons. The rest of the staff are talented and polite. Prices are fair and the place is clean.

Stopped in here to see if my daughter and I could fit in during the busy holiday season, after we had made appointments elsewhere and sat for 30 minutes waiting. We were greeted cheerfully, and in less than 10 minutes we were in the chairs. They did a great job on both of our pedicures! Would absolutely go back!

Love this place! They are wonderful and do a great job. Full staff so wait time is minimal, but it is best to make an appointment ahead of time. The only thing I wish they offered were designs and rhinestones, etc. Prices are comparable.

I was told pick the color in the wait will only be 30 minutes I waited over a hour watching other customers coming in as they skipped right over me. Four times finally I just walked out this is the second time this happened I will not be back again

My sister and I came here for a pedicure after having a poor experience at the nail saloon across the street. The pedicure was solid but they don’t offer hot stone. The prices were a little higher than I usually pay, especially considering it was just a hot towel pedicure. No fancy lotions nor were we offered water. The pedicure was done well and my feet were not cut. The inside of the salon was very clean as were the restrooms. We will come here again, even with the higher prices.

One of the worst experiences ever. No one greeted me. Mater of fact they all just stared at me. First impression leads me to believe they don’t like black patrons. Very bad vibe in the air. How can people come from a different country & be so nasty towards people? I’m confused. I work hard & want to relax when I go to a nail spa. I was not comfortable at all! Sad!

Honestly this place is either a hit or miss, it really just depends on the time of day and who services you. Jenny and Henry are incredible, they always take really good care of me. the others aren’t bad, they just act like it’s an inconvenience sometimes if you want something in particular (matte top coat instead of gloss). It’s still a really nice place to go and it’s fairly affordable and i’ll continue to go back.

Ive walked in every time and didnt have to wait long at all. Friendly greeting and they do absolutely AMAZING work. My acrylics look like theyre just my natural nails with polish. Love love love them!!!!! I wont go anywhere else.

Love this place. Been coming here for a couple years and they always do a great job! My nails have chipped twice and they fixed it both times with no charge. They are the best!

I got the worst powder/dip manicure at this salon. One nail chipped within 24 hours, and 2 more nails chipped and broke off within 3 days.I’ve gotten several of these types of manicures done and they have ALL lasted AT LEAST 3 weeks before there is a chip or crack. Save your $50. Go elsewhere.

I love this business...owners are very cordial. Everyone there speaks English so Im not sure what the language barrier would be. They speak to each other in their native language but always English to their customers. The price is great for the service they provide. I recommend everyone to Premier Nails in Fairlawn!!

Im so aggravated. Went today asked for an umbrey which they told me the could do. The made my nails too short and completely messed up my nails. 2 fills and a pedicure was $173!!!! Now Im on fb looking for a new place.

I love getting my nails done here. The price is reasonable compared to other places in the area. The staff is INCREDIBLY nice and remember my name! My nails always look just like the pinterest photos I bring in (which Im sure annoys them a bit but they never show it haha). I always leave here feeling better than I did before. :)

My time at the salon was great!!! The people there were very nice and I ended up with very pretty gel nails for only 45$ which is cheap for gel nails in my opinion!!!!

The 35 dollar pedicure was wonderful, they take walk Ins and the environment makes you feel very comfortable. The staff will talk with you and are very sociable. Our massages werent short and the quality for the price was spot on. There is no chemical smell when you walk in and the pedicure baths were cleaned well after we (my bestie and I ) were finished with our pedicures. Try this place out, I feel you will be pleased with the service!

Friendly, professional and clean!

I go out of my way to have my nails done here. The polish lasts for weeks, and everyone knows my name...they knew my name after just a couple of visits. All of the technicians, are great and they have a wonderful sugar pedi. The best part is that I always have sterilized utensils and new files...so its clean. It costs a couple bucks more, but at least you are at less risk to get a disease.

I went here to get the set of acrylics that I had done at a different salon for a wedding i was in, and ended up getting a set of pink and whites instead. WOW!!! They were sooo pretty and Harry did an AWESOME job on them. The staff is always very welcoming and very friendly and the prices are great, too. If you want the best manicure / pedicure of your life, then you MUST go here! =)

Good for the price I guess... I broke a nail on Thursday and that Monday (4 days) it popped off! not only did I have to pay for a fix fix which have always been complimentary everywhere else Ive ever gone but it broke again after. I guess its alright just be careful

This is the worst nail shop that I ever went to! The people there are so rude including the managers.. the I wasn’t satisfied with my nails they charged me 40$ for a full set 10$ for shaping 20$ For length and my nails weren’t even long. my nails were crooked and not the same size and when I got my pedicure the lady doing them kept smacking her lips.. killed my whole mood! (DONT DO IT)

I came in and was not greeted at all, but watched numerous people come in afterwards and they were greeted. I sat and waited for 40 MINUTES with no word from any employee, with multiple guests who came in after me being told to come back. Not aware if they had appointments or not, but still the lack of respect was absolutely ridiculous. Finally got told to come back, then the technician was told by another technician that she had an appointment waiting. So she walked away. At that point I left. Never been somewhere so unprofessional and flat out stupid. Do NOT go here.

V Safi- There is no language barrier here. English is spoken here and had you spoke with them, perhaps you would not have had the difficulties you experienced.I love this place! They are very accomadating and have excellent skills.

Best place to get a mani pedi

Had Kim do my nails. She asked mw what nail shape I wanted to which I rwsponres, stilletto. She then tells me square or round.... Ok... Round, sure, I could just file a point at home. Halfway through her burning my curicles with acetone, she starts saying how square would look better, I told her no and that I wanted round about six times before i finally gave up and let her so whatever she wanted. She burned my cuticles, cut me with the cuticle cutters, cut me with the Dremel, and filed the acrylic so hard that my nail beds are sore 24hrs later. I asked if using the polish I brought was okay, which I was told it was, but again I got bullied into doing what Kim wanted instead of what I, THE CUSTOMER, wanted. So now once my nails are no longer sore, I will be filing them to the shape I wanted and will be painting them the color I wanted. My nails were SO thick and clunky and disgusting looking, and the paint had so many air bubbles. I wont be returning, ever. I HATED my experience with Nail Premier and Kim, and hope anyone who sees my review STEERS CLEAR OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DUMPSTER FIRE.

Today I asked in there to get polish change on 2 operators and neither acted as if they wanted to service me. Not sure sure if it was because i was black or wat. I just walked out. They dont even deserve the 1 I gave them.

Awesome experience

Had went there in the past and had a great experience, but when I went today at 2:00 I waited patiently over and half an hour, the nail tech that was available walked in the back when she finished the pedicure on the client before me, no one acknowledged me nor cared when I got up to scratch my name of the wait list to leave.

Really pleased and impressed.
