Love the setup, a lot of great hair consultants. Wonderful colorists, get on web page best I have ever seen. Came in to try to get some color on my gray hair. I was placed with Jacklynn who said after cutting my hair that she would do some research. Came back some weeks later and no more gray hair around frame of my face.

Always a pleasure to do business with these professionals. For my wedding in 2020. they were able to fit me in last minute for makeup. Ive had them do my nails before and that was also an amazing experience. Thank you for your friendly and professional attitudes.

First time there for a hair process and Brianna was amazing. I was stressed and my hair was three different colors due to self styling during COVID-19. She was patient, knowledgeable and intuitive. My biggest issue is that as a hair stylist you should be able to style ALL!!!! Hair types asked her if she could do finger waves and she flat out told me she doesn’t know how to do that. That salon is strictly for white peoples hair cause all their products support only white people. I left with frizzy hair no curl pattern and my hair felt dry I won’t be coming back

Very professional. My nails were amazing and I got lots of compliments. Haley H even took the time to give a pedicure to my nine year old granddaughter and treated her like a client not just a kid- even when she grabbed a bottle of product and pored it into the water. She didn’t seem to be upset at all ( I was embarrassed) and just took care of it and finished up doing a beautiful job. We will be back for sure and I’m sure when dances start coming up for her my granddaughter will remember that and be back on her own.

Everyone here is always very professional. Kind. And knows what theyre doing and can answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Michelle! Shes very personable and easy to talk to or ask questions regarding what youre having done.

Very friendly and professional full service salon. Martina was my stylist and she has a great personality, very talented and knowledgeable. I loved how she educated me on the products she was using and why she used those products. I came in for a haircut and balayage. She made some suggestions and I absolutely love the results. Often times I would go to the salon, leave unhappy with something different than I wanted and almost gave up. My sister recommended Bella Bronze and I am so glad that I listened. Lets face it, professional hair care is expensive, but when you get results and professionalism its worth every penny.

I am so disappointed to type this review, but I have to. I have been going to Bella Bronze for multiple services for years, and this most recent will be my last. I got a gel manicure and I cannot believe I paid over 45! Not close to the design I asked for, and the girl who did my nails was checking her phone, constantly and rushing. A very nice girl, but not very professional. My nails look like I did them in the dark, a big let down.Other services have been great, but after this I think Ill pass. Just because I am a younger adult (22), does not mean I dont expect great things for the services I am paying for. They offered to set me up with another stylist, but after this I think I will pass.EDIT: The owner has reached out and I was able to get my nails redone with no problems at all at a sister salon of his. I cannot say more great things! I scheduled my next appointment there right after, total 180!

I wanted blonde but received copper color hair not impressed and definitely won’t be back! The stylist actually pointed out that the color didn’t lift and my hair was copper, but didn’t offer to fix it. I definitely do not recommend!

I visited this hair salon with my daughter for my birthday and did a pedicure, manicure and a parifun wax for my hands. I also tried their tanning beds. WoW I have to give a 5 star for how nice the beds were for the price. I am going back to get my hair conditioned and to use their tanning beds again! The Staff was very friendly. The Salon has several other services and great prices. I look forward to trying some of their other services next time I visit.

I have been going to Bella bronze for eye lash extensions the past 3 years.Taylor currently does my brows and eye lash extensions. Taylor is fantastic. She truly takes pride in her work. I have never been able to hold lashes for 3 weeks. Well, now I am coming in every 3 weeks looking like I have a full set! She is truly the best. Great experience! I did the deep conditioning treatment along with a wash and cut, and my hair has definitely felt less frizzy. Nicole was awesome, very knowledgeable, and did a great job on my hair. She recommended some great products that smell amazing and work really well with my wavy hair. They give you a coupon package your first visit, so everything was very affordable. I went to Bella Bronze for the first time yesterday for my wedding hair and makeup and was so impressed by this salon!Michelle did my hair and she did a great job, it was an extra humid day but my style looked adorable the whole time anyways!Heather did my makeup and she was sooo sweet. I make a lot of self deprecating jokes but each time she responded immediately with some form of compliment, which might be silly to appreciate but it was very nice and not something you see often, especially from a stranger.I had several people ask where my hair and makeup were done. I’m not the most confident person but these ladies made me look and feel pretty all day, so thank you!

I went here for a pedicure and a spray tan. I was greeted by two girls who were very polite. Christa did my pedicure and went above and beyond. She even grave me tips on my first spray tan and made EXTRA sure my pedicure and polish wouldnt be ruined. And it didnt budge. Thank you Christa!The two girls at the front also made me feel at ease and explained the spray tan situation very well. The spray tan was even all over - their advice was appreciated. Got so many compliments on it. Basically, the whole experience was great. I highly recommend coming here.

I really love every aspect of Bella Bronze Studios! I typically only visit here for tanning, which is excellent. The beds/rooms are always clean and well maintained, and their spray tan system is great too. However, I recently visited for my hair, nails, and eyebrows and I was pleasantly surprised with all three services! Brittany was quick and efficient with my nails, and did a great job overall. Sarah took my overly long, overly dull hairdo and totally revitalized my look! She was very thorough in explaining my options and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She also did my eyebrows and even helped explain which products would be great for my hair afterwards.My entire day at the studios was great. I am someone who has a hard time finding a salon Im comfortable with, and I actually really love this place! From the kind woman that scheduled my appointment in the beginning all the way to the great customer service at checkout, the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend.

So I am super disappointed. I have been a client for over five years mainly staying with the same hair dresser. Ive sent numerous people to Bella: family, co workers, friends over the years. Some have returned repeatedly.Three weeks ago I had my hair done for a wedding. I showed a picture to my hair dresser who has done my hair before for weddings. I told her it was going to be hot and I know the curls will fall a little so thats why I wanted tighter curls. She didnt do anything like the photo but it was nice so I didnt say anything. I paid, left and two hours later all the curls fell out. My husband was kind enough to buy a curling iron so I could curl my hair for the wedding. But since I paid for something that didnt last I contacted my hair dresser via text asap. She said she would talk to Joe about it to see if I could be compensated. She has always done my hair and never ever have I had an issue. I didnt hear anything back so a week later I sent another text to her and she never responded. Seriously?!I am so disappointed. I have a gift card I have to use but I dont even want to return. If this is how you treat clients that are loyal for years and send you more clients... You can forget it. Its disappointing that when there was an issue customer service flew out the window and the problem was ignored. I never would have thought I would be treated like this.

However, the owner Joe contacted me and asked me to come back for a re-do visit with another stylist.This time, I had my hair cut by Megan, and she did an amazing job! She is very kind, professional and I felt like she really took the time to look at my hair and figure out how to cut it to enhance the natural curls. Very nice experience!

Brooklyn was my stylist today and she did a phenomenal job! She listened carefully to everything I was looking for and really delivered. Due to everything I wanted done, the treatment was pretty lengthy but the time just seemed to fly by and the whole experience was very relaxing. The color, cut and wax- it all turned out perfectly. I completely recommend Bella Bronze (and my stylist Brooklyn especially) to anyone who wants the hair of their dreams.

Great experience with a bridal party on a Saturday which they were servicing 5 different bridal parties! The salon was a zoo but the stylists took their time and we all looked great! I personally had Kayleigh for make up and Ashley did my hair. My make up turned out great and lasted all day/night despite the August heat! My up-do was everything I hoped for and also survived the 100 degree heat index.I would recommend Bella Bronze for large or small bridal parties...they were friendly, professional, and the salon is very nice and clean!

First experience with Bella Bronze, after a two-year haircut hiatus was nothing short of spectacular. This place is extremely male friendly and I was at ease to see other men here when I arrived. The staff acts like any other salon and politely asks you if you need something to drink. However the staff members here actually speak to you as if youre family you can just tell there is another layer of customer service here you just dont experience very often anymore. My Stylist Gabby did a fantastic job listening to my concerns, addressing them and cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it. Gabby was nice, friendly, and can cut hair like the pro she is. I also receive 20% off my service/products! I would highly recommend Bella Bronze to anyone in Northeast Ohio if you want to experience a Top Notch Salon all the way around. A+.

I treated myself for Mother’s Day and it was SO worth it! Brianna was great! I have curly hair and she was very knowledgeable on what products to use on my hair. The shampoo was so nice and relaxing for this mommy of two toddlers! I’ll definitely be going back. She took out all the dead hair without taking off too much length since I want to keep it long and grow it. My hair feels sooo good!

The space was clean and well decorated, so I really enjoyed being there.I got a style, trim, all-over colour, and a few highlights. Ashley was my stylist. She was very nice and not too chatty. I got a Groupon deal for a gel manicure as a gift from a friend and went here to get it done. The staff were all super friendly and the manicure turned out very nice. I am addicted now! It is also pretty affordable, and they give you coupons and have days with special deals.

He listens and does his best to meet whatever needs you have expressed. He is very helpful with hair products to use that best suit your particular hair.

I am a guest to Akron and was looking for a hair salon and one of my friend suggested B studio by Billy. He was booked for the next 20 days. And saw this Bella studio online and saw the pictures on both the website and on google reviews. I am leaving the Salon with my new hair cut, styled by this super cute hair styler there, my bad I forgot the lady’s name it starts with R though she is super cute with short hair I think it was Bob haircut on her.. We had a great conversation and she styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Love you dear. Will definitely come back if I visit Akron again.

I am updating my last review which was negative.After I posted the negative review on google I was contacted by the manager Joe. He was very sorry for the lack of communication. My hair dresser who made an honest mistake (I could tell by her voice with the vm she left) and forgot about my complaint/concern called me to apologize. Joe offered over and beyond to fix what had happened. Honestly - I just wanted a refund. I wasnt making a complaint for free stuff so I declined the offer and was given the refund I asked for.I want to be clear. My hair dresser is great. The women and men that work at Bella Bronze are good people and good at their jobs. I would still recommend people to go there. Everyone makes mistakes. So when Joe and my hair dresser reached out to apologize - it means a lot.Thank you for responding and fixing the problem.

My mom and I went here a few weeks ago for mani/pedi and it was FANTASTIC! I even emailed about an appointment because of how busy my days get and they responded quickly to my request. When we arrived I noticed our names were on a board welcoming us since we were new clients! They offered us a beverage and gave us a booklet of coupons to use for our next visit (most nail places NEVER EVER have discounts or coupons) This is a full service salon and yet they were very welcoming and friendly. We didnt have to wait long at all which again is almost unheard of . We then added on and upgraded our original services. The 2 ladies that did our feet/nails could not have been more friendlier and also welcoming. They need a great job all around and I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks for a facial and another pedi in!! AMAZING and a must go to salonCarley

I scheduled an appointment at Bella bronze a few weeks ago with Lauren and got my haircut done. I asked for a trim and to get my hair thinned out. That is not what I got. She cut about 2 inches off in layers just in the back that I did not ask for..so they were pretty short and uneven. She took out weight in my over all length where it didnt need it, made it too thin and textured my hair a ton. I had to go back to my regular salon to get it fixed. I had high expectations and liked it at first but then I realized what had been done. Im sad to say I will not be back to Bella Bronze.

Friendly staff, top notch products and techniques, awesome color and chemical shots for deep treatments. My hair has never looked so good 😍 Brooklyn is a total sweetheart and very open to whatever you have in mind, and also happy to give a professional opinion if you’re open to ideas.

I normally don’t write reviews about companies but I feel like this is something that needs to be seen by the public. I have been to this place twice for hair related service as well as eyebrow service. BOTH times they have done irreversible damage to my hair/brows that I am still having to pay for and try to fix myself. I got my eyebrows waxed here and I’m not sure how they are able to hire and pay employees who literally RIP off majority of your brows and then proceed to charge you for it. My eyebrows were waxed by someone there (starts with a K) who literally ripped off most of the hairs and they still have yet to grow back to the shape and fullness they were prior to stepping foot in that horrible place. I have to do my eyebrows every day now and I will need to get them microbladed because they are so badly mutilated beyond repair. I’m not sure what they use as their wax but it is horrible quality that literally prevents ANY regrow. It’s unreal.. Next, and this one is absolutely horrible to the point where EVERY hairdresser I have seen since I got my hair colored there has been absolutely shocked and horrified about the condition this salon left my hair in. I went there in March to get color done and I was explicit with the color I wanted; I showed the hairdresser pictures of what I wanted exactly and she said she could do it. This “hairdresser” proceeded to bleach my already platinum blonde hair TWICE And then color it a completely different color than I had asked for. My hair was a brassy brown color on top and a platinum blonde color on bottom which is what I did not want at All. I can’t even begin to explain how brassy and disgusting it looked. Now that’s just the color aspect... because this “hairdresser” didn’t seem to understand how to color hair without destroying it beyond belief, my hair was absolutely FRIED to the point where I am still having problems with it in July and I can’t do anything about the brassiness she so graciously left me with. This place seems like they know what they are doing but legitimately every service I have had done here has left me with damage, less money (did I mention they charged me $420 to turn into a copper head), and feeling absolutely HORRIBLE about my appearance. They have destroyed my self confidence from the services they have done to my hair and brows and I really hope someone reads this review and seriously reconsiders giving this awful, money hungry place their business and the chance to destroy their self esteem like they have done to me. The worst part about this place is that they pride themselves on being partners with redkin and that everyone who works there is an expert on coloring and that is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. People at other salons have told me that damage they left me is so severe they should reimburse me with deep conditioning treatments!! This place is a nightmare and really shouldn’t be in business if they are just going to destroy people’s hair and bodies and leave their customers feeling awful about their appearance and damaging their hair. This business is a Horrible place with people who are obviously only in it to overcharge customers and act like an upscale salon when they can’t even wax or color hair without damaging it. Don’t spend ur money here.
