I dont know why this exists. I pay extra money to have my packages dropped off right at my house, but UPS loves to bring them here. When brought here the lockers will not open and there is 0 customer service regarding fixing locker problems. I would rather shoot my self in the head then deal with this locker again.

It was difficult at first the machine spit my Id back out at me and told me it wasnt real. We said forget it and left but I ended up getting my my package with help from customer service .
