They do excellent work. I have never been happier with the work done by a mower shop. They are kind and do great work. They are great mechanics and will be bringing back my equipment here whenever it needs work done.

Cant give zero stars, but thats what they get. They do not have the training nor ability to repair stihl or toro equipment. I had my weed whip in there three times in 3 weeks. Also had my Toro mower in 3 times in 3 weeks. I will never take anything there again. Go to Bairds if you have Toro or Stihl equipment.

This guy is awesome! I needed to replace a part that was discontinued, and he helped me out when other places didn’t care to try. He was patient with me over phone while I looked for the engine model number, took the time to search his inventory of used mowers, and called me back within the hour. On top of that, he even stayed 10min past closing for me, after telling him I wouldn’t make it in time. He went above and beyond for something as simple as a part. Next time I need mower service, I now know where to go!

This is a top quality shop. I have not only had my trimmer repaired at the shop I also purchased a used leaf blower from them. Prices were great. Very knowledgeable about all small engines. If the engine is worth repairing they will repair it.

I brought in a riding lawn mower after being quoted somewhere else for over $500 dollars. So glad my dad referred them to me, they fixed it for less then half. The service guys are awesome! Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable mechanic and competitive prices. So much better than dealing with the big chain stores and pickup/delivery service available too. This is my go to place for all small engine service, never had a bad experience.

This is by far one of the best mower repair shops in the Akron area. The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable on everything and where helpful in my decision on whether or not the repairs are even worth it. I will for sure be bringing all my small engine repairs here.

What happened here is what everyone thinks will happen when they go to get something repaired.The guy there must not care about customer service. After slamming down a part on his counter (in the presence of another customer) because he faulted the customer (me) for not knowing the product, he had the audacity to tell this customer to leave. Why do you think people come to you, sir?! If I knew what I was doing, I would have Googled it, YouTubed it and never come see you. Imagine him walking in to my work and me chastising him for not knowing the nuances of my job? No reasonable person would do that.A true shame, because not too long after that I was about to drop some serious money for some of the riding mowers he has for sale & would have been a lifelong customer.So, I went a half-mile down the road to A-1 & will be their customer forver. His business will suffer due to this type of attitude. A little humility & good customer service go a long way! The Mower Doctor should be sued for malpractice.

Worst place ever... they are clueless and customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with.. Had my riding mower in and said it shut off and was leaking gas. They had it for a week, said they ran it for 30 min and couldnt find anything wrong with it and it runs like a champ. Took it home and 20 min into my mow it shut off again and was leaking gas, this time it ignited and my mower went up in flames. Had to call the fire dept to put it out. After taking a video in to show them the owner basically said its not our fault and called the Sherriff on me to have me leave. I wasnt asking for a new mower only a couple hundred bucks to offset a little of my loss... A 2012 Husqvarna by the way. I wouldnt let this place fix a single thing i own. Find another place. They dont care about you or your equipment they just want to make the all mighy buck. The owner is a complete joke and has no business running a business...
