Wash Land is a very nice, clean laundromat that has always met my needs sufficiently. I prefer it over other laundromats in the area. The attendants are always pleasant and helpful. I like the addition of the quarter machines and claw game! Its not too hot in there, and also not overly air conditioned either. I recommend WashLand to anyone no matter how big or small your laundering needs, Washland has the machines to handle your needs!

I went to wash my clothes on 10/14/20 at around 7:50 p.m. and the laundry attendant had the door locked when I pulled on the door,I asked are you closed and she said yes I asked why and she shrugged her shoulders and said she doesnt know I asked again well who closed the laundromat and again she shrugged her shoulders and started to laugh at me while Im at the door while talking to someone on a video chat she sat there and kept laughing at me behind the desk on her phone I called the customer service number on the window and its not in service but the open sign is lit and the hours which clearly say they dont close till 10 p.m. I was so upset as to why your closed at 7:50p.m. and the attendant is in there just talking on her phone and the sign says last load at 9 p.m. Ill never go back ever again I would rather drive to Barberton or north akron so dissatisfied and disappointed with washland services

Its good place to do laundry very clean nice machines

Usually its a good experience but this time the washer jacked me for a few dollars. The attendant was was very personable to my concerns even though there wasnt anything she could do...she made it tolerable

I posted on yelp but I had such an easy and great experience at this laundromat that I figured id post here too. Long story short this place is great and I got all the help I needed and some. The staff and other people waiting for clothes to be done are awesome people and I had a blast talking with them rather than sitting on my computer doing work while I waited.

New dryers & multi and standard load washers. Can easily get in and out in less than 2 hours

Love it!! The lady there... SO nice an very helpful. The place is spacious an very cool on the inside. out side is well kept every thing about this place says AWESOME I will definitely be returning.

I dont really know my way around laundromats, so I cant make comparisons. But I do know these three things:+ They are open later than other laundromats in the area (close at 11p) which is awesome+ My laundry was successfully washed and dried+ The lady working there (I assume she owns the place) was THE nicest as she took the time to show me how to use their machines

I went in there and the lady got paranoid and overreactive to me for no reason whatsoever. Did my laundry for the next 1 1/2 hour there feeling extremely uncomfortable. She asked me a question and i gave her answer and she jumped as if i attacked her. What a hositle environment for a first time user.

I am very unfamiliar with the area & had a wonderful experience at Wash Land. Another customer helped me with the machines and I was out within the hour. Very clean environment!

Great facility! Free Wi-fi which allowed me to work while getting all my comforters washed and dried in just over an hour in ONE BIG MACHINE. The place was clean, neat and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Very unprofessional had to call police on them in order to get my money back that they wrongfully witheld fat light skinned manager should be fired and small black masculine female was absolutely rude I will never come back.Reply: this was in winter 2017. And I left this review in 2018 So not 2 years for sure. Also time is irrelevant to the fact that your employees behaved so badly especially if they still working there. Also you have several reviews adressing your employees attitude. If you adress and threaten me in the way you did in your response then I can see why they would feel comfortable to treat me and others as they do.the machine took my money the darker smaller lady was rude but agree to call the manger to give it back.I left across the street to get washing items from the store. I came back 15 minutes later. I asked the lady for an update and she informed that the manager came and left.( she never told me how long the manager would be, she rudely said she dont know she was so mean to me for no reason she was inconvienced)I was told I couldnt get the money because the manager left for the night and wasnt coming back. She continued to say I would have to come back or call later in the week to get my 20 dollars back.how was I gonna finish my clothes?I was so fed up with her dimissive attitude so I called the police. After the call the manager showed up and argued with me and wasnt giving me my money back. The police showed up in the middle of our argument and she was then compelled to give me my money back which she did. I was admittingly upset at that pointTwo black women treating another that way I was trying to support black businesses and this is what I get?After the police left both of the ladies continued to talk amongst themselves and bust out in laughter while I hurried to gather my clothes. I felt very sad after that

The staff is helpful, the cheapskate owner needs to fix his equipment, he makes enough as his second job (doctor ), stop using this place as a tax shelter shame on you ! Fix your equipment!

The sidewalk and buggy ramp was icy and I fell. Broke the skin on my right palm. I had to notify the attendant that the walkway was icy.
