Ive never been given a ride by them but definitely just witnessed van 100 drive up onto the sidewalk and just miss a mailbox. I tried to call to le them know and was put on hold. Be careful everyone!

I tried to call early this morning to set up rides for doctors, the receptionist answered, she first told me that this is a black business and I should just ride the bus, then I kept my composure, stood my ground, and explained again that I need transportation services, finally she set up a driver for the next day, then said she was going to confuse me til I choose to go somewhere else. I asked if my insurnace went through she said yes, i asked her again to make sure, then she said I dont know and that she would call me back at 4, I had to call back at 415 and a different receptionist answered and said the insurance didnt go through and to go somewhere else.

This company is very good to work with. They are honest and very helpful. The owners are Salt of the Earth. You are definitely in a good way after an encounter.

Ive stayed with these guys and refused offers from other local companies for a reason. Great people, great service.

This place is horrible. Consistently leave patients stranded, and no, Im not confused with AMR.

Avoid this company. Im a home care nurse and trying to set up transport for my patient. I called and got a quote of 80 dollars round trip. After the quote I was put on hold for 15 minutes, at that point I hung up and started to get a bad feeling about them. I called my patients sister and gave her the info. I get a call back the next day, the new quote was 120 dollars round trip plus 3 dollars per mile.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT use this company. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! my resident was supposed to be picked up at between 945-10am it is now 10:52am she has called 4x starting at 10:15am looking for her transport she was first told that her ride would arrive within 15 minutes still no show she called 5 minutes later and was told that her transport was stuck on archwood and it would take him another 11 minutes to reach her. 11 minutes has gone by and they still arent here Im going to be late for my next Job and I am livid by their unprofessionalism! I have the right company because I googled the phone number and I do not what to hear any fake apologies. My residents phone conversation proved that they do not really care. AVOID THIS COMPANY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Will get you to appointments almost on time, Have to wait for a pickup 30 to 90 minutes. Terrible
