Our travel agent Julie Miller went above and beyond in planning our perfect honeymoon/vacation to Seattle and Orcas Island. Julie stepped up and got new airline tickets when our original tickets fell through due to the airline dropping that route. Julie also showed a great level of care when she followed up with us after our trip to see how everything went. During that follow up, she made us aware that an error had been made by the car rental, resulting in us being double charged. She provided the information we needed to correct the mistake, and we ended up saving nearly $1,000 because Julie caught the car rental company’s mistake. You’re in good hands if you rely on Julie to plan your trip!

This was my first travel agent experience and Clare was AMAZING to work with. Prompt, very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We went on our trip with any and all information we would have needed to know. And she was very responsive if anyone from our group ever had a question.Will definitely work with her again in the future!

Great service they booked a golf trip to Cabo for me and seven of my friends and did an excellent jobThey even checked on us daily to make sure we are comfortable and all the bookings for dining and golf are what we expect, which was beyond our expectations.

Just got back from our trip to sandals Grenada, the spice island and couldnt say more great things about it. Dont ever use them!!!!!!! Terrible experience. We had all the emails showing what we wanted planned and what we were paying them to do and we got something completely different (DOWNGRADED!) and was never told. We had to do the research ourselves since they tried to pull a fast one on us. We were absolutely appalled and cancelled our honeymoon 3 weeks before we left.
