I have had several problems that were addressed quickly by Quality IP. The help desk technicians were very knowledgeable and the onsite technicians are friendly and very efficient!! I was very pleased. I also had an extremely complex problem that took a lot of effort to figure out. The help desk technicians and onsite technicians worked together and went above and beyond there scope of practice to research the issue and resolve the problem. I am very satisfied with Quality IP.
