Ive never purchased Paint Protection Film or Ceramic Coating until I ordered a new Porsche 911. I talked to a lot of people and visited several area detailers. I chose Akron Auto Polish because Ryan had me convinced that hed treat my car like it was his own. That was an understatement. The SunTek Reaction product he recommended is absolutely amazing. Day to day maintenance is minimal. Ryan paid meticulous attention to detail, is an uncompromising perfectionist and the results are evident to everyone who sees my car. I was referred to Akron Auto Polish from my dealership when I bought my vehicle. The service was professional and I am very happy with the results. They installed paint protective film on my vehicle, full hood, front end, A-pillars and rear trunk deck. Im had similar service done before by a well known professional certified with clear-bra and I must say the results from AAP are better. The edges of the film are almost invisible and I really cant tell there is film applied. Before I agreed to service, Ryan and I had a detailed discussion regarding what I wanted and he was clear about pricing and time frame. Ryan was responsive to text messages and answered any questions I had. My vehicle was pre-owned, so some minor imperfections needed touched up before film was applied, not to mention wash, wax and clay which is normally required before film application. This was all completed as agreed, and the results are stunning. Very good job. Upon pickup of the vehicle, Ryan noted several areas where bubbles were present as the film was recently applied. He was clear to communicate this and assured me if they dont disappear in time he is happy to fix them. This is normal and expected as I myself have applied these products to cars before, but his care to mention this truly shows his attention to detail and quality of work. I will certainly have my vehicles back for cleaning services in the future. Thank you Ryan and the AAP team for a job well done!

I bought a new Porsche Panamera GTS and I wanted to protect both the interior and exterior. Ryan and his team were great and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns about highway driving and it getting damaged. I went with his recommendations and had my entire Porsche wrapped with the SunTek Ultra PPF (paint protection film). Ive been driving the everyday for over a month now and couldnt be happier. My Porsche looks amazing, its super easy to clean and maintain, most importantly, not a single stone chip or scratch anywhere on the car and looking like the day it came off the showroom floor.

I cant say enough about the high quality work, outstanding service and the professionalism of Ryan (owner). I traveled for Youngstown to have my Tesla 3, PPF, Ceramic and Tinted. Ryan did an outstanding job. Bumpers on the Tesla are tough to apply the PPF to, so when a slight issue arose, he immediately called, said he stands behind every job and would make it right, which he is in the process of doing. He also offered a few high quality car care items, NO CHARGE, to offset the hassle of bringing the car back. I will definitely be back Akron Auto Polish and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

I had recently damaged by Axis wheels with a curb causing a very noticeable curb rash across almost the entire rim. I took it to these guys and they did a great job repairing the rim as if it never happened! After they did the repair, they also detailed my exterior which made it even more sharp.

Had a clear bra put on my corvette here and they have had to redo the center piece 3 times now. The 3rd time they cut into the paint in multiple spots and refuses to pay to have it repaired. Safe to say they dont know what theyre doing.

Overall, I had a pretty good expierence here. I had my new accord tinted and had the grille blacked out with less than 200 miles on the car. I had washed the car before and it was spotless and when I got it back the tint looked great and so did the grille but the car was filthy and had a white powderish substance all over it. The quality of the work was great and well priced, and another car wash fixed my issue, so no big deal. Very professional and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone looking for tint.

Cried when I found a scratch on my Shelby GT500. Ryan spent about 30 minutes with my prized possession and got it right again! This guy is legit. I can sleep again now that its back to new condition. If youve got an exceptionally special vehicle, Akron Auto Polish is where you need to take it to keep it special.

Decent with polishing a car, nothing great. Customer service is terrible, anytime you call and talk to anyone, you can never get a clear answer. Called two different times on window tint, and got two drastically different quotes for the same brand. Last time I called to get a quote on a remote car start, and the owner wouldnt give a price and said he would call back. I never received a call back, and went to another shop that was more than helpful. And yes, I actually am a customer. I had my Highlander detailed there, and my girlfriends car. This is the exact attitude that makes me not use you. If you had better customer service, I may change my mind. I called a few weeks ago about the remote start.

I had tint installed on my Camaro last month and I have to say I am completely satisfied with the installation and the customer service! My schedule isnt very open and they were able to work with me to get the tint installed. While I was there I could see the quality of work from the cars that were getting detailed, I have to say they looked excellent and would not hesitate taking my black car back there to get anything done!

Highest Marks Possible! I have a 1 of a kind custom built 2016 Viper loaded with carbon fiber. Ryan detailed this car to better than when I personally picked it up at the factory in Michigan where it was built. Let me just say this... Ryan is a Perfectionist! The attention to detail is off the charts and I learned a ton just talking with him about different products like ceramic coatings and windshield treatments to reduce interior heat. I will certainly not hesitate to use this place again and Ill also tell others about it my experience. Nobody should have any reservations about using this place.

We have now used Akron Auto Polish on five of our vehicles. Ryan and his team have never disappointed. This detailing abilities are extremely on point. His Opticoat process has kept one of our black vehicles looking freshly detailed for more than a year so far. Most importantly Ryan stands behind his work. I know that any issues I have will be addressed and corrected. No one is perfect 100% of the time, but Ryan is always willing to make things right. Ill keep bringing my cars to Akron Auto Polish.

Went in for a detail, have a Kodiak Brown F-150, and they did amazing job at bringing out the color. I am really impressed with the detail, and would recommend them to anyone who likes quality.

DONT DO IT! They ruined paint on brand new Denali. Scratched it up bad with buffing pad. Left buffer streaks. Over spray of wax everywhere. Worst I have ever seen. Dealer needs to wet sand and spray new clear to fix. Not a good detail shop on black or dark color vehicles at all.
