The only place I trust with my hair !! The ladies are amazing. And Sarah Campbell Somerville Is the only person I let do my hair ! All the ladies are polite, friendly and inviting!! They have such talented stylists! very clean and professional ! Would recommend to anyone needing a trim or full hair make over !!

I took my 10yr old and 5yr old boys to get a haircut. The price goes up every month. Very expensive. My 10yr olds cut was 19.25 and my 5yr olds was 16.50. Awful lot of money for 15 min of work. Ive gone here for years but the price has gone up so much i wont be coming back.

Love this Salon and my stylist Michele. With this horrific virus I feel very safe going in. They keep everything so clean and sanitized constantly and absolutely follow all restrictions. They are doing a fantastic job. I give them 100 GOLD STARS!!!! And thank them for making sure they are safe and customers are safe!!!!!

Ive been seeing my hair stylist Michelle for years. She does a great job with cuts, color and waxing. Ive never had a bad haircut or color. Everyone there is so professional and friendly! I love this place!

Had 1 person working. she was overwhelmed and you could tell she was under pressure and kinda rude, not her fault but why they got 1 person only? thats 2 much for her, unfair

You need to hire people that know how to cut hair. She cut my hair way to short and left a strand of hair in the back. And one side is shorter than the other. Unbelievable!!!Would have come back to have it fixed but was not going to take the chance AGAIN😡Was NO need to be in a hurry I was the only one in the salon

I had made an appointment to get my hair colored and highlighted and when I got there they said I was not on the appointment book and that there’s no way that they have time to do my hair they apologized I said yeah I bet you are real sorry these people are not professional they have no idea what they’re doing they had a ton of people in there were overbooked I will never use them again and I suggest you don’t either

This is my first experience with a famous hairs chain Im a loyal Great Clips go or however the local Great Clips was further away in the roads were bad. It was their shots to shine and I would have been a loyal customer. I would like to say they did but they did not they were very standoffish if thats a word and abrasive.I did arrive at 7 p.m. and stay close at 9 I dont know if they were trying to close early or there was trouble between the stylist because they all seem to be in a very poor mood. I will not be back and I plan to contact corporate.Also a very very for haircuts that I know my wife could have done better with the clippers I use on my son.I paid $16 for the haircut and gave my stylist the rest of a 20

I went to another place and had my hair butchered! I was so upset. It was so short I didnt know what to do. I waited for it to grow for a month and it was still so horrible. When i made my appointment at famous hair I was so nervous and I told her that on the phone. These people are truly amazing and they made me feel comfortable !! Sarah was absolutely amazing and she made me feel confident again walking out if that salon. I will remain to go to her and to this hair salon. I truly am so happy with this place. Overall have been very happy with this salon, but now very disappointed to learn there is an additional charge when they use a curling iron in styling your hair! Is this commonly done???!!!

Have been getting my hair cut here in Coventry for the past 15 years and in Tallmadge for 16 years. The gals are super nice and they do excellent work. Would definitely recommend them for your hair needs.

I received the worst haircut in what is likely....the history of man cutting hair. It took thousands of years of the worst cuts to eventually get to my all time worst cut. It happened on this day. I went to this famous hair to get it fixed and MAGGIE...as rude and eccentric as I was being...fixed my hair with a smile on her face. She is a true PRO. It is ridiculous how amazing she is. I highly recommend her. Thank you for fixing the all time worst haircut in ages.

Very friendly people just gave me the worst haircut of my life. My shoulder length hair was supposed to go to a medium bob without layering, and resting longer than my jawline. It looks like I hacked it with garden shears at my ears. This can only be fixed by a pixie cut. Dont go for anything complicated, like...a simple bob? Yeah. Wish I could get back the last two years of growing this out.

Lenee has cut my hair numerous times there and she always does an awesome job. All of the stylist there are awesome its a great place very professional.

Staff is nice and I usually dont have problems, but when asking for a 6 on the top and 4 on the sides, she cut it all at a 4. I recommend sticking with one stylist that you know does a good job.

DONT EVER GO THERE. My friend and sister went there with long beautiful hair, but then went there expecting to get only a few inches off and the girl cut off ALL THEIR HAIR, when they asked for 6 inches off she cut off 12 inches!!! I advise you to never go there!!!

I am traumatized. I explained in great detail how little I wanted off of my hair, and the style I wanted. I was assured I could get some layers in my hair, and keep my length. The stylist told me she wanted to take off 2 inches. I told her I was only comfortable with 1 1/2. She took off damn near five inches and I had 3 people working on my hair. I stated how important it was to have someone that was expirenced and skilled upon my arrive. My hair was butchered, for a sub-par hair cut, and a half ass apology from the manager. And a refund. No offer for a color or something to make this atrocious haircut to bareable. Never again. Horrible work, horrible service. I am traumatized.
