I highly recommend this shop for tires. The shop is in a nice area, the lobby was clean, and it wasn’t cluttered with tires, or smelled of rubber chemicals. There was one nice display of Goodyear’s finest new sporty all-seasons, which I noticed after a minute. I was able to purchase a rare set of weather guards, and get an oil change with a road hazard warranty. The gentleman drove all the way to the Goodyear World Headquarters to get the tires for me—while I waited. I knew that I would be safe this winter, when I saw the shiny Goodyear truck roll through the parking lot with my tires in the back. I’m glad I came here today, and it won’t only be the Goodyear blimp that will make me smile, it will be my new set of Goodyear tires, too.

Just like to say I received excellent care from the front desk man. I had a flat tire and called my roadside assistance and he put my spare tire on. But I knew I can’t drive long on it. So I stop in a your Goodyear store and was well taken care of. My husband passed away and I am always afraid when something happens to my car but your company made me feel at ease. Had an appointment for repairing a tire due to a screw. They told me they would not fix it because it was not repairable and handed me paperwork for buying brand new tires. I know someone who works for Goodyear and had them examined my tire. They took it to a different auto center where it was fixed for $10.This other auto center told me they were confused why Goodyear had not fixed it because it was within the repair window. Highly disappointed. Its like they tried to take advantage by wanting me to buy all new tires instead of fixing a perfectly good tire.

I had a problem with a slow leak in one of my tires as notified by my onboard monitors. When I got home I took the tire and wheel off and couldn’t detect a leak anywhere. I took the tire and wheel to my Goodyear dealer where I purchase my tires.I left it with them to fix. I received a call in about an hour saying my tire and wheel are ready.I went and picked up and to my surprise they resealed the tire to the rim and installed a new valve and rebalanced.Great service and there was no charge.That is great customer serviceThanks to Jacob.

I got a flat tire and took it here to get it looked at. I had to drop it off because they were busy, but they said they would call with updates. I received a call about 20 mins after I dropped it off to inform me that they could not patch it and that I would have to buy a tire. When I dropped the tire off, it still had the metal piece in the tire (whatever caused the flat). I assumed they would pull it out, assess the hole, and then make their decision. When I went to pick the tire up, the object was still in the tire. All they did was take the tire off of the rim. They did put the tire in a bag for me as to not get my car dirty, which I appreciated. I then took the tire to a dealership and they patched it without issue free of charge. Sounds like pure laziness on Goodyears part.

Awesome experience. Had an emergency flat and a long drive for work the next day. I explained the situation and Eric was able to get me in with less than an hours notice. I was in and out with 2 new tires in around 30 minutes. Fair prices and excellent service! 5 stars!

This Goodyear store fixed all my issues when I lost confidence in my dealer. New tires, brakes, and alignment, which was due and needed on my car, was completed by Goodyear. The car is quite, smooth, and runs straight down the road now. It feels like a new car and the bill was much cheaper than the dealer estimate. The staff made me feel welcome and assured me that it was all going to be done right. Thanks to Tom, Chris, and all the people who waited on me and serviced my car. I appreciate the honesty and pride you have in your work.

I never write reviews but with the outstanding customer service that this Goodyear provides, it’s a must! Eric was very up front and kept me posted because I dropped my car off and he wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. He went way above any expectations I had. No other shop has ever done that for me. On top of everything, their prices are realistic and not bad at all! They got the job done in no time. I know where I’m going to keep going for all my car needs!

Great service and very accommodating! I walked in without an appointment (which I dont suggest) with a huge bolt in my tire losing psi by the minute. They found it to be in a repairable spot but told me they were really busy and Id need to leave my car. As I tried to find a ride I was told they would move me to the front of the list. I was in and out in less than hour all to find out goodyear doesnt charge for a tire repair. So grateful! Carrie was helpful and friendly. Thanks again!

This morning my car was making a thumping sound, I called Goodyear ask if they could take a look, turns out it was a good thing that I did, 3 of my tires had very loose lug nuts! My family and I had suffered a house fire and were forced to stay in a hotel room money was extremely tight and I came outside to a flat tire. I took my tire into the Goodyear I explained that my situation they immediately got to work on my tire they refuse to take my money and fix my tire free of charge. Its not every day if you want to cross good people like that me and my family are extremely grateful and I would highly recommend if youre in the area using this good year if you need any kind of service for your vehicle

Went in to get new tires and an oil change. I went in with a tire set in mind but the store manager recommended a better tire that would make for a smoother ride for the same price. Couldn’t be happier with his recommendation as the ride is noticeably smoother. Store was clean and I was impressed that every employee was wearing a mask and very friendly. I usually get my automotive service closer to where I live, and I only stopped in to check tire prices as I was in the area and decided to stop. I will be going back in the future because of the quality service I received. Would definitely recommend Chris and his staff for your automotive needs
