The best authentic Italian meal! I reccomend the pasta with olive oil and garlic...yum! The portions are enough to take home. Wouldnt go to any other Italian Club for pasta, than this place. Bravo!!
Disappointed in pasta not up to its usual high standards
The experience and the atmosphere were interesting. I really enjoyed the meatballs and spaghetti. The salad left a lot to be desired. The Italian bread was excellent. I would still come back for the pasta, bread and homemade cake slices. The experience was very different from other Italian restaurants that are Americanized. I recommend giving it a try on Thursday Night for the spaghetti dinner. The service was good and the tables were neat.
Same great family style spaghetti dinner theyve served since I can remember back in the 60s. Quality hasnt gone down like other places as price of products go up. Only $9 got a spaghetti dinner with meatballs, salad and a desert. How can you go wrong?
Not sure why the place was packed & people were walking out with carry out. We went to commemorate where the in laws used to frequent....it was not good quality food nor good tasting. I kept asking why they had come so much- we all thought the same thing-yuck.
Great as usual those Italians know how to cook
My husband and I dont get to the Italian center as must as we like but when we do go we love it! And love love love the pasta! The people in the kitchen are wonderful and the ladies who work the table and we love seeing Mrs.donatelie at the door shes so sweet!
Great pasta and homemade meatballs. The Garlic and Oil Spaghetti is unbelieveable! Lots of old school charm in a place like this!
Makes you feel at home! Great spaghetti and best meatballs! Homemade cakes are really a treat too.
Best spaghetti in town. Authentic food cooked by my real Italians. Meals come with salad, main course, bread, and a piece of cake.
There were several health code issues there when we rented the upstairs hall August 9,2019. When we got there to set up for the memorial we were not notified that someone was working on the down stairs restrooms and because of that the water to the upstairs restrooms was turned off. When I finally located the guy that works there he informs us of this after our guess start to complain that they were unable to flush the toilets. He tells us that this would be fixed shortly, but he did not know how long it would take. During the course of the memorial the restrooms were still out of order and we noticed that there when two large aluminum pans under the kitchen sink catching water. The water was dirty and had some type of film over it. While washing the dishing it was discovered that the pans under the sink were gong to overflow. But, then the water in the kitchen stopped working altogether and we were unable to clean properly. The two guys that worked for the Italian Center were no where to be found and we still had over two hours of the memorial to go. We called the number for the hall and only received a voice mail and messages were left. No, one returned our call, so we stopped the memorial early due to no working rest rooms or running water in the kitchen. The kitchen was dirty, counters, floors, sink and stove. We had to disinfect the kitchen in order to use it. And no running water, they rented this hall to us with running water and simply disappeared.
Kind of a unique experience in the area. If you’re not Italian, or familiar with Italian food, this should be quite fun for you. Spaghetti and meatballs, or rigatoni and meatballs. Fresh bread every week from Mazzoli’s Italian bakery. These guys get up first thing in the morning to start making meatballs on Thursdays. Dinner also comes with dessert, and coffee. The volunteers that serve you are always very sweet little Italian ladies. There’s also a bar, the bartender is very welcoming. Make sure to grab a house red Paisano to go with your meal!
Nice location to host a small event.
