Im super thankful I left this guy a message! Came out in less than an hour. Looked for the bat, found it in under an hour, caught it in minutes.

Wasnt easy to find

Very nice man. Came over within the hour of calling. I was surprised being that it was past 9 pm. Solved our problem and even came back (included in the price) a few days later to check the traps.

Mr. Jones not only answered our emergency call at 3 am in the morning but was to our house that wasnt necessarily next door in no time. He was very friendly for being called in to work so early in the am and he got straight to work. He caught the bat almost instantly and answered all the questions we had without seeming bothered by our curiosity so early in the am. We would call on him again heaven forbid this occurs again!

We were running the best B&B for chipmunks in Summit County. You would think with 2 dogs and a cat that the critters would find a better place to stay, but when you buy bird food by the 50 lb. bag and have ponds for unlimited drink packages, they were running around in bikinis. If they had the ability to take selfies we would have been a viral sensation.George came out and reclaimed our garden and home for us. Thorough, prompt and knowledgeable. Glad we made the call and will use his services again if needed.

They were really great...called them at 3 a.m. & they were very friendly & were here within 15 minutes & removed a bat out of my home....would definitely recommend them to anyone....5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊
