Nate Keith was great! Not only was he very communicative about his arrival but he was extremely professional and well spoken. He explained the process before he even began and ask for permission to do anything before it was done. When you have someone in your home you enjoy the level of respect he has. Not to mention the passion he has to do a good job. Highly recommended.

Had air ducts for two furnaces cleaned (I dont think either had ever been cleaned before!) And the living room upholstery cleaned just before Christmas. Both technicians were very thorough and polite. Cleaned up afterwards and left the place as they found it. Great job!

The gentlemen who came to my house were meticulous and conscientious when it came to the restoration process of getting the water out of my basement. Craig answered all of my questions and was patient with me when I questioned him on things. We would recommend them in the future.

May 2021. Just had Coit clean our living room furniture. Service person professional and courteous. Furniture cleaned beyond my expectations. I would recommend Bobby for upholstery work.Thank you to Amanda and her conversations with me in 2020. Her enthusiasm for her company and her encouragement helped me to call Coit again.From my second ductwork cleaning; which by the way cut down on dusting to the work completed today, COIT staff have held up the professional standards as seen on advertisements.UPDATE 11/12/20: received phone call from a Coit representative, Amanda. She apologized profusely for all the challenges from the duct cleaning service in September and promised that our check would be on the way soon. I reminded her that is what I had been told two months ago. However, this is a company that I have used periodically over 25 years and had found them to be the best service company in the area. I am willing to wait and see what happens, as in a check arriving within ten days. Kudos for responding to a negative review.In mid September 2020, my husband and I had Coit Duct Cleaning Service for our home. The first tech came out on a Saturday and was at our 1,60O sq ft home for 4.5 hours. He left holes open in the duct work in the basement and never turned the vacuum on in his truck. I called Coit on Monday to explain the circumstances. A second tech was sent out on Tuesday. He and his assistant did the actually cleaning of the duct work and put plugs in the holes. When my husband came home that evening, he found3 holes not plugged and several cigarette butts on the ground around the door and where the truck was parked. I have to say up until this experience, I had complete trust in Coit to complete a job and to be professional. I called Coit back and informed them and the second experience and also to cancel the Upholstery cleaning we had scheduled. The representative said that Coit would be refunding us half of what we paid. I was told that in September.I have called back three times to check on the refund and was told someone would have to look into it. It has now been two months.This company has slipped significantly from the trusted company it was in the past. Note, we had been customers for years.Trend cautiously if you schedule services and check their work also the ground for cigarette butts.

We had the air ducts and the carpet cleaned on the same day. The air ducts were first. He was very thorough and he showed us what the inside of the ducts looked like before and after. The carpet cleaner was very fast and moved the heavy furniture.

This is a great family owned company!! They truly care about their employees and their families. Peggy and Jill sincerely value their employees like family members and theyre in the office or the plant every day theyre open working right along next to the staff. They recently lost 2 techs who had been with the company for 10+ years. Coit Cleaning is willing to train the right people for the positions, hvac tech and carpet cleaner, they need filled asap! The ladies and technicians who work at Coit are amazing people!! The guys who are working in the home of a customer are always polite, thorough and straightforward. These qualities are hard to find in the service industry now & I truly appreciate these characteristics. The ladies in the office are incredibly helpful and willing to answer any and all questions you might have. If theyre not sure of the CORRECT answer theyre going to get you a correct answer rather than bs you into getting a service. The no cost or obligation in home estimates are truly a gift and if you are not able to have any services done at the present time they are not going to call you every 3 days to telemarket your appointment!! Was quoted a price over the phone to clean 3 areas in our home. when the technician arrived, he measured the areas, came up with a price totally different than what was quoted to us over the phone. when I called coit to question the price difference, I was told the price given over the phone was an estimate.coit never mentioned the word estimate during the phone call to set up our appointment. coit will never clean another carpet in my house again. not a way to do business

4 years ago we had a rug cleaned. It stunk so bad when we got it back we had to throw it out. I will never use them again.
