Benjamin is outstanding, and I couldnt be happier with the work that he has done to my pianos. One of them had keys that turned yellow. He restored it to the beauty that it was when I first purchased the piano. His tuning work is also incredible. After tuning/voicing and correcting the issues with the hammers, the tones are clear and amazing!! Benjamin is highly professional and meticulous regarding his work. His honesty and friendliness makes you feel as if you have known him for years. Our older piano required two visits for tuning and repairs. Benjamin actually manufactured replacement parts to complete the repair work. He left us with a like-new playing and sounding piano and very satisfied with the work and price.
