Jessica reached out to me during a time where I was extremely ill in response to a resume that I sent in for an open position that they posted. It took me a couple of days to call her back because I lost my voice and I was coughing so badly I couldn’t hold a conversation with anyone. When I called her I was told but I couldn’t speak with her directly because she was too busy at the moment and I couldn’t leave a voicemail because they don’t have voicemail. How unprofessional. So I left a Message with someone else explaining the situation and she refuses to return my calls. Considering the Covid culture that we have right now, I cannot believe the disrespect that I received only because I was so very ill at the time.
