I brought in an IPhone to get a new battery. The guy working was extremely nice and said give him about 15 minutes . Didnt even take that long. Went home, realized that the home button didnt work. Called him, he apologized and said thats a common problem but he could fix it, to bring it back. There was another guy working when I went back and he had it fixed within minutes! Apologized again, thanked me for being understanding. I was greatly impressed with them because no one tried to deny anything. A lot of places wouldve been it probably wasnt working when you brought it in No hassles, no problems. Im a very happy customer who will definitely be back for battery or phone needs. This was on Feb 25th, so A-plus to both you guys. Thanks for making it a great experience.

Took daughters phone in to replace screen. We are in SC on vacation and her screen went out as soon as we got started. Made an appointment online went in drop off. Guy was super nice and made me feel comfortable about leaving her iPhone 6. An hour later my daughter went and picked up her phone and it was working. Saved $10 just for making an appointment online. Lots of appointments. Very cheap. Loved it. Awesome customer service

So my phone was really cracked and the speaker piece had fallen off. The screen wouldn’t turn on. So I decided to take it here. After seeing the after results I can assure y’all that this place is a quality place. Excellent service and excellent work. No doubt.

Went not the store due to my home button quit working due to a battery change I did at homeI met a guy named joe young kid he worked on that phone and through a bunch of trouble shooting and a phone call he fixed it. He stayed on the problem and never give up at it and fixed it!! I couldn’t be more happier cause now I don’t have to get a new phone... dude your a godsend thank you SO much!! enjoy you’re lunch on me today!!! This is one of the most unprofessional places I been too yea I see that most people give them good comments and all but to my concern they the worst. Few weeks ago I took my s8+ to get the screen I took the screen en everything so all they had to do was install the screen. The screen had a small sticker that said try before installing. When I dropped my phone there was also a lady there that took her watch to get it fix and also broke it and they said they were sorry and all that so I thought you know everyone make mistakes so I still left it there so later I get a call saying that they broke the screen while they were installing it be cause it was to big and he even told me yes I read that it said check before installing but he still didnt check it so they told me I had to contact the seller of that screen so he could of change it or give a rrefund when the screen was the right one they just didnt installed right thats why it broke. but it wasnt his fault it was the people at this business and now they dont want to be responsible for what they did so now I got a broken phone that also my finger print dont work and the screen its broken cuz thats how they have it to me and also dont work right. And they wont wanna fix it right because it wasnt their fault .

Quick service for putting a new battery in my Galaxy s7.Very reasonable price.

Brought my iPhone 7 in for a cracked screen repair. During the repair, the technician broke some connection in the phone and had to send it off to have it fixed. Took five days for what should have been a 45 minute job. Still charged me full price for the screen. I’ll never use Batteries Plus for anything again.

My old iPhone (now used as an iPod) charger port broke and it had lots of my older photos and videos on it. They are on my computer but it’s not the same. I brought it in late and they said it would be done by the next day and sure enough they called me the next day saying it was ready for pick up! It’s now 100% charged and I couldn’t be happier! Plus they are reasoniably priced. I will go back for any repairs on my iPhones!! Thanks so much for fixing it for me!

Galaxy s8+ cracked screen repair: After calling 5 places I chose BatteriesPlus We Fix It... Im SO very impressed!! This team was the only one in the CRSA that said they had my Galaxy S8plus LCD screen IN STOCK, everywhere else wanted me to come in and pay for the part and then wait 4 days for it to arrive. They also had a very competitive price, and an online coupon! I dropped my broken phone off at my appt time in the morning and it was done 2 hrs later. Professional thru and thru. I dont want to be back here, but I tend to break things, lol, so I WILL be back ! Trustworthy, excellent work, parts in stock and a fair price.
