Both Ms Bauser and Ms Ward are absolutely exceptional. Every question Ive ever had has been answered fully. They know me by name, are extremely helpful, always accommodating (with a great attitude to boot!) and just about the friendliest couple of ladies I have ever seen at any bank ANYWHERE. Keep up the awesome service!
I was let off work late and drove a long distance and arrives just before close, and upon notifying them I might be late they said they would be happy to wait on me. They deposited my check and it was instantly ready for use. Very friendly staff.
I love this Bank! I even worked here at one time, and regretted leaving. I now work at another Financial Institution and wouldnt bank at it! I continue to have all my major bank accounts with Woodforest National Bank. I hope they get an ATM outside. The best bank around in my opinion!
The best personal service Ive ever received at any bank. Im even greeted by name! Love the extended hours, generous overdraft policy, and deposited funds being available immediately. Wish they had a drive through, but overall, I LOVE this bank!
Branch manager was completely rude to customers and her employees. Natalie originally assisted me and my friend and was as friendly and helpful as she could be. Natalie is the only reason our experience was enjoyable. The manager needs a lesson in respecting her employees!!!!

I needed change while I was in Wal-Mart. I asked the guy if I had to be a member to get change broken down. Guy didnt answer my question and then acted like he didnt want to give me change. So I had to rush through Friday traffic to go a REAL bank to get my change. I thought using the bank in Wal-Mart would save me some time.
It is officially one of the worst experiences of my life their ATM made a mistake which ended up putting my account in over draft when I brought it to their attention I was told it was my fault and I need to learn to manage my account better I showed proof the ATM made a mistake and not only was one of the employees extremely rude but the manager was as well I am currently closing my account and looking for a new bank to bank with I would not recommend Woodforest bank to my worse enemies and calling the corporate office does no good
