Everyone I spoke with was very professional. The service technician arrived on time and repaired our system in under a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well. We are so impressed we have chosen to have a service plan started. We would definitely recommend Holley to anyone needing HVAC services!

Our AC went out late Thursday. Issac was great! He arrived within 2 hours of our call exactly when he said he would (almost 11 pm!) and quickly got us back up and running! Very thankful for the great service even when we called so late!

I had the pleasure of using Holley Heating and Air for the first time last month and was blown away with professionalism. I needed a new furnace in my attic on a foreclosed home I purchased. The unit was in complete disrepair, but they gave options and professional advice.I went with their advice and replaced the unit, and not only was it affordable for the job they did, they went above and beyond. Jack and PJ came out and both gave me their opinions and what they would do personally on their homes, and didnt make me feel like that was the only decision. The crew was on time for installation, and left earlier than they told me. That is after they rebuilt the unit up higher with support from proper function. Just extra insurance for the home owner....me.Coming from a service industry career myself, I did not expect this from an HVAC company, but thats what happens when you use locally owned Holley Heating and Air. I will recommend them comfortably with anyone I work with in Real Estate on a daily basis.

They came for routine maintenance and found a problem with the system which the first tech couldn’t pinpoint, he called another tech who came over immediately and they worked and found the problem. Part is ordered and work should be done by Wednesday. Had they not worked so hard to find the issue we might have ended up with a much more costly repair. Good job Holley!

The HVAC Tech (Alex) was on time, and really Profesional. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Quick service and they couldn’t replace condenser fan replacement because parts store had already closed for the day. I felt they should have made an effort to temporarily get unit back in service for the night but failed to attempt.

I have been using another HVAC service for several years and when I set up the appt for a maintenance. I waited 2 months for my annual cleaning and that company never came out. So I decided it was time for a change, a second opinion and I had used Holley services back in my 80’s days when I first became a home owner. It was time to go back and try them again. And so glad I did. Holley HAC service technician was very professional and on time. The service technician explained to me the process of cleaning and I was watch for a few minutes to understand the process of maintenance. He cleaned out as much debris as he could. He showed me where I am bending the filter section that keeps the trash from entering the unitl. Because of the large vents on the unit, I could not see that pressure washing once ayear is not a good idea. I should just water hose the housing to clean off the dust. I have had worked with another local HVAC company for years in Aiken, SC and not one time did the service technician advise me not to pressure wash the unit and nor has the company turned on the water hose and cleaned down the unit or removed the debris out of the bottom (I have a camera system on the unit so I can see everything if I am not out there). And their price. It was very reasonable and lowered than my previous company and with the contract, there is no surprises for the basic maintenance fee. I like the fact that I have 24 hours response if needed (and I understand that weather conditions could be a factor too). Holley HVAC did an excellent service on my HVAC unit and I was very satisfied foe their professional and courteous service. Thank you Jesus, Jr. for all customer/technician good experience. I definitely recommend this company for your HVAC services.

This was for routine maintenance. The tech explained we had a part that would need to be replaced soon, so we decided to have it done before the heat /ac systems became a problem. By doing so, we also received a discount on the replacement part. Holley has always been prompt, professional and reasonable.

Office staff was very helpful, emailing me the Maintenance Agreement because it had not come in the mail. The technician Ryan was great. We have used him before, and he remembers everything about the system. He is very efficient and will answer any questions.

The technicians were professional and thorough during todays visit for the spring HVAC system check. Happy with the service.

We recently bought a new home and realized that the foundation under the AC unit outside needed repairs. We were able to find out through research who did the installation and it was Holly AC. After contacting Holly they offered to come out and look at the damaged foundation. Upon their inspection they realized that a technician that no longer works for them had installed the foundation improperly. They offered to honor their installation and came and fixed the install of the foundation for free. I recommend them for honoring their business and what they stand for as a AC installer and repair company

When I decided to replace my heat pump system I made the decision to go with Holley because of their reputation and the fact that I see their trucks in my neighborhood all the time. Were there cheaper independent guys out there...of course. There always are. I have had my new system for 2 years now and have kept an annual maintenance plan in place since then, and plan to moving forward. They come out on time and provide excellent service. Ive been very pleased and I feel that I dont have anything to worry about because Holley has my back!

Paid $200 for the diagnostic visit from Holley and it took over 2 hours. Then was quoted an additional $800 to fix the problem saying it would take a few hours to repair. Tech went on about how my unit was made with cheap parts and these new Carriers are so great. Im not interested in replacing a 3 year old unit...I got a second opinion from an honest HVAC company. They diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. Came back a few days later with the new part and fixed it in 15 minutes. Total cost was less than $200. Holley wanted a grand.But Holley did show up on time.
