I went to get a tool for a job I was doing on my car. I did not find the 3/16 wrench, but found something comparable. The store was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of personnel and the line was moving. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to redeem my Rewards $20 credit, so my purchase came to half price. That was great surprise.

Well I went to get a oil filter wrenchWhen I finally found the right one and noted the price it was marked wrong.off by $1 .They wont honor the posted price and didnt offer the military discount.False advertising..prices are very high .I pd 50 cents for a lightbulb locally that they wanted over $4 for and wanted me to buy 2. I only go there to buy oil which is competitive pricewise..A big scam in my opinion..Bill

I had to wait until they finish dealing with parts and battery issues for someone to attend me ...last time I left merchandise because they were too slow....also no one seems to pick up the phone that keeps ringing all the time.

Talk about service!! The whole team at aguada have been SO helpful these past 3 days (and being bilingual is a huge plus for mee)... I’ve gone in 4x as I was trouble shooting an “unusual” issue I was having with my food truck. Fermin went above and beyond to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed; he listened to my concerns and made sure I left satisfied. Emmanuel was awesome too! Thank you guys so much!! Buenos rewards, cuando vas a devolver o cambiar algo no tienes problemas como en la mayoria de autoparts independientes que te vende algo que no sirve y despues te ponen mil condicciones para cambiartelo, prueben con AutoZone pagan un poco mas pero te vas a la segura.

I think they need trained staff to help the customer. My problem was with a simple battery for my cars beeper. After the sale the personnel who attended me put the battery backwards 🤨
