We got rid of everything we owned except for ten small priority boxes of important things to save for our move. The workers here told us every week that the boxes werent there yet and kept acting annoyed with us because everything is on a 30 day delay. One day my husband even saw some of our boxes behind the guy and pointed to them even though he had said nothing was there. All of our stuff was sent back to our old address and thrown away by the new tenants. Literally the only few important belongings we had worth saving. Dont believe a word they tell you here. If I could give them zero stars I would. They dont let you know when your packages arrive either so you just have to cross your fingers and hope someone doesnt lose your stuff. We keep getting emails for letters for people who had our previous PO Box but not one single email about packages coming. I dont understand.

Package marked as “ready for pick up” but they didn’t put the notice in my PO Box because they leave at 12:00pm on Saturday (I was there At 11:10am and the only one for picking up a package) They told me to pick it up Monday from 8:00am until 3:00pm, I work until 5:00pm on week days, so I need to wait a full week to pick it up. And this was the post master! 🤦🏻‍♂️
