Believe you me. Reactor watches are made in China, just north of Hong Kong. They are not Swiss by any stretch of the imagination, and they dont compare. Many of their reviews are from employees and family.The service is poor. The people in Agoura Hills,California are not watch manufacturers; they are watch IMPORTERS. These watches are poorly made with very common, mass produced quartz movements. Where the company DOES excel is in the marketing of these watches. They have some fancy action shots, pretentious reviews and some questionable claims about their product. i.e. Swiss dial technology. Please tell me what that is. Dont take my word for all this...a half hour investigation online will prove my point.

Best watch I have ever had. So I bought 2! Battery went out after a couple years, sent it in and got it back really fast, and oh ya, it got a bath! Looks amazing! I live and boat in Tahoe, always in the water, never had a problem. Thanks guys for great service!

If you dont currently own a reactor watch you need to buy one ASAP. I have 6 of them and can assure you that you wont find a better crafted and beautiful watch anywhere on the planet. As if that were not enough, you will also find that their customer service is the absolute best! I have spoken with the California office as well as Jimmy who does repairs, on numerous occasions and they are all the best Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Reactor Trident 2. This watch lost about 25 seconds a day. Every week i had to reset the time. Pure junk. Never again.

They open early in the morning, but call first. This is primarily a wholesale business. This is the Reactor creators and distributors. But this company honors their individual customers and take good care of those who have invested in a fine Reactor watch. My Never Dark watch is about six years old and needed cleaning and the crown and second hand repaired. The watchmaker was able to replace the entire movement in about 20 minutes while we chatted with the delightful ladies in the office. I love my Reactor Watch, and now I am proud to know it is from a local company who put the customer first.

I have a Reactor Titan and I wasnt a watch guy until I got this the watch came with the most comfortable band Ive ever worn and the never dark technology you can always see it I also shoot uspsa and idpa pistol competitions and I promise alot of watches dont hold up to recoil and abuse well this one does im also a security contractor and hunter these watches are for just as much for working in the field as they are for showing the good look. American made at its finest. Support American made business they are the best in my opinion.

I sent my Atom watch in for repair last year for a fogging crystal and had to shell out cash for an out of warranty repair. I understood this and it wasnt a big deal. However, the same problem happened this year and I thought I would have to fight over parts and labor. I wasnt really happy about this because I felt it should have been fixed right the first time. To my surprise they didnt charge me for parts, labor, or freight! They did right in my book.

These guys make great watches. Even more important, they stand by their product. I wish other companies would follow their lead. Both my wife and I have Reactor watches and we both love them. They are very durable and keep accurate time. My Reactor Gryphon watch only gained two minutes in 7 months (From date I got it to time change date). Most watches have to be adjusted every month or two.

Absolutely the best!!! I had a major issue with a 3rd party vendor (not affiliated with reactor my bad using them ) the guys at reactor went more than out of there way to help me and make the situation better ! Above and beyond what they should have done. I have had my watch for years and never should have had anyone else service it. But I will be shopping for another reactor. There watches are awesome and the service is even better ! If every company operated on this level of customer service we would all be happy customers! Awesome

I just wanted to tell everyone about this companys great service. I contacted them concerning a small screw that came off my wifes Reactor. They mailed me the screw for free! And in a timely manner! I highly recommend their service dept. . Great Job! I thank you and my wife thanks you.

I own two Reactor watches...I have had a few issues but these guys made it right...Plus they cleaned, changed the batteries at no cost to me last time I sent two watches in for service...These watches may not be perfect but they are a heck of a value and the feel and look like a watch is suppose to feel...And the dial will take a beating and still look good...BRYANT US military retired

The best watch period, NOT. I am a LOT let down by this company not just for the misleading advertisement, poor customer service (thx Chris M for hanging up on me) but by the satisfaction guarantee. I bought this watch new 9/2011 after saving hard earned $ for it and now the tide function doesnt work, and will never work again. I guess the small print said that that function expires 2018, and just paid for new batteries 2 years ago. Why would anyone buy a Best Watch Period if one of the primary functions expires less then 7 years from original purchase. Buyer BEWARE. And your an American Company. You still have an opportunity to make this right...

This is a company that has great customer service and friendly, helpful staff persons. They make very cool watches, keep an eye on their outlet store for great buys!
