Pool and Spa Emporium is a great store. When I came to the store in need of assistance with my pool vacuum, they were very helpful with information on how to fix the vacuum and assisting me with the right parts for repair. Their prices are more than reasonable, they do not over charge. They are very kind and helpful, honest, reliable, and experienced! I would definitely recommend, and I will definitely keep going back!

I would give a rating of 3.5. Owner is very helpful. I get my pool supplies here. Price 20% higher than online but most of the items are in stock.

We paid them $250 to get our heater working. It worked for 1 day and then stopped working again. I told them the problem was intermittent from the start, and would not be an easy fix. Now they refuse to come back to complete the repair. We had been loyal customers for years, but no more!
