I used Molly Maid for probably almost a year, for the year I used them I felt the services were always good enough. I never felt like it was above and beyond, or exceptional cleaning; some weeks theyd forget to wipe the kitchen counter completely and Id see crumbs and flour and that things were not moved, for weeks at a time the blinds would not be done, some spots on the floor would stay there for 2-3 weeks before Id see them disappear; as if they didnt mop every week either. the toilets were always clean, and it was good enough that I didnt want to cancel the services but couldve been happier.I probably wouldve never written a review to begin with, but my move out clean was just horrible. I got a text from my landlords realtor asking when the place would be cleaned so she could take pictures, and I was like it should have already been cleaned!?. When I looked around the baseboards were not touched, the floors were not mopped, I was able to with nothing but a broom sweep up a couple dustpans full of dirt and dust, the blinds were not dusted. I paid $140 for what I probably couldve paid our kids $20 to do a better job doing, and my wife spent several hours cleaning so that the place is actually clean now. The move out clean was worse than some of the weekly cleanings we had.

Not the best cleaning but the owner was responsive to my issues and that is appreciated.

Ive been relying on the folks at Molly Maid for the last two years to help me maintain a tidy home for me and my family. I love how thoughtful, reliable, and thorough my Molly Maid crew is. I also love the fact that I see the same crew every time—no revolving door of crew members. The office staff at Molly Maid Conejo Valley are also polite, accommodating, and very responsive to my occasional rescheduling requests. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Upon the first visit a few years ago the manager came out to review the house and what we needed. He did a great assessment. Since then every other week the crew of two (sometimes three) employees come out and do a fantastic job. They now bring a special tool to reach dust on the vaulted ceilings. Top to bottom – great job.

I have been using Molly Maid for many years now. We started using them as a spring or deep cleaner. We were impressed with the job they did so we hired them on to be our regular house cleaners. They always do a fantastic job in a short amount of time. My boys love when they come because they always take the time to decorate their beds with their stuffed animals.

As a single Dad with 2 teen boys I dont have time or the energy to clean my house. Molly Maid ladies do it for me and I love these girls. They are always on time, always happy to help and do such a good job. If I have to change days the Molly Maid owner always finds a way to fit me in with My Team. Something got broken once and it was promptly replaced. Im a customer for life! this is the best gift you can give yourself.

We have been using Molly Maid of Conejo Valley for 2 years now. I work long hours as a professor and my Husband also works from home. The house was always a mess because we are too busy and tired to clean. Laura and Hilda come every two weeks and it makes a big difference in our house. Its always clean and comfortable. They are very trustworthy and it not expensive at all.

Moving to Texas - Im going to miss the two ladies that have cleaned my home every week for 4 years. I hope Molly Maids in Houston are as good as mine were. If you ever need good cleaning ask for Team # 2.

At the last minute Molly Maids saved me. I had booked a different cleaning company and they just didnt turn up - no phone call, nothing! I phoned Molly Maid and spoke with Tony, the owner, and although they were full and it was already 12 pm or so he sent out 2 girls who cleaned beautifully before my guests arrived at 5 pm. I work and go to school full time, my mother is a single parent with a chronic illness, making it hard for her to get around and clean the house often so we hired maids. Since my mom lives on her own the house is very clean, the only thing needed is dusting, sweeping and mopping is the essential. I visit my mom the very next day the maids are there, and every single room looks like it hasnt been mopped since at least the last time they were there(If that) nothing is wiped down, theres dust but the most important part was the mopping. My mom is very sick and thats why we got help. How can these ladies walk in somewhere and literally not do anything!!! I am so so so upset, simply because my sick mom doesnt deserve this while trying to get help.

I have been with Molly Maid of Conejo Valley for about 6 months. They visit twice a month. They are very efficient at what they do. They do the important sanitation and dont mess around--they are in and out in quick time.

Elsa and Eloisa have done a great job in cleaning our house. They are very thorough and professional.

They are very noisy when they clean, constantly shouting to each other over different floors. Last time they came, I overheard them calling me Loco, which I didnt appreciate. When they come, they invariably mess up my computer and internet/TV and phone connections. They also were incredibly sloppy last time they came, and I found my antique gold-plated pen on the floor, instead of on the display mantel. They are supposed to show up tomorrow, but I am not sure that I should let them in to my house, after the atrocious work they did last time. If they are throwing my valuable antiques on the floor and calling me loco, I would like ALL my money refunded.

Molly Maid is a very reliable, trustworthy service. I have had the same ladies come to my house for years and they are very nice.

Before hiring this company, it should be known that they are not a company that values their employees. If your home has been tended by Fatima (who was a great employee), you should know that she has endured awful treatment at the hands of this company and is no longer working for them. Molly Maid needs to take a look at this place and its policies.
