Braman was great! They were very timely, efficient, and provided lots of information about their approach (we used them for mice extermination). Thanks and keeping fingers crossed the mice stay outside!

Braman came to inspect and lay traps for mouse activity. They came when they said they would, and the tenants were happy that it was a fairly quick process. We will use them in the future as well.

Best Pest Company Ive seen, you really get what you pay for. Other companies talk a good game, however from my personal experience Braman delivers . There really is a difference between pest control and pest elimination.All you really need to know is that Braman services all the hospitals, most churches, health facilities and high end companies, hotels and restaurants also third party inspected Production plants in New England.... Hmmmm its a no brainier if you want tried and true, highly recommended and knowledgeable professionals handle all your Pest control and elimination issues and concerns... then you Gotta go get Braman .

My Braman service tech (Wayne) was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my concerns and current issues. I noticed positive results within the first couple of days. What impressed me the most was that I called my tech after business hours with follow up questions and he thoroughly addressed all of my questions and did not hurry me off the phone because it was after hours. This is my first experience with Braman and I will be using them for yearly maintenance moving forward and recommending them to others.

Braman does our monthly service at our business. The old tech used to do a great job and never really had any problems. The new tech is in and out in a matter of minutes and not really a good of job as they used to do.

Our technician is a good representative of Braman. I like that he has knowledge of our facility and I feel confident every time he comes to our church that he has covered every area that we request be treated. He also makes me aware of issues and what he encountered while treating the premises. He has an excellent attitude and an upbeat personality which helps everyone that encounters him. Hopefully you have more employees like him.

We have a service contract for our home and had our scheduled routine service. Our technician was very professional and helpful. He informed us of any activity of the bait boxes. We mentioned our concern about spiders in a section of the cellar that he took care of.

It was easy to schedule the services with Braman - and they were at my house in less than 48 hours. Dennis took care of the yellow jackets and provided a nice follow-up service report. This is the 2nd time this year Ive needed Braman and they always take good care of us!

Helen is very personable and knowledgeable. Helen last treated my house in April during the peak time of the Coronavirus in Mass. We both expressed our concerns about contracting the virus (Helen kept a mask on and maintained proper social distancing the whole time). I informed her that I more than likely had COVID in February and I was still not feeling well even though it was now April. It is now July and the first thing she asked me when she arrived was, do I feel better since I was sick the last time she was here. She then spent time talking with me and did not just rush to get the job done. Braman is lucky to have such a professional, friendly and incredibly compassionate employee as Helen.

Braman people are very knowledgeable and friendly. I called about a potential problem and a Braman man was at my house within an hour. He describe the ingenious little beetle that was emerging from wood in my barn and prescribed the treatment, which worked. Couldnt ask for more.

Technician was professional but I essentially paid them $300.00 to just put down bait traps which I had already done. They claim they found no gaps because they were all filled with spray foam already from an energy audit. So they laid bait, said they would use steel wool to close gaps, wasn’t done, said they could put down a powder for the mice but when he checked the truck he didn’t have any. So, these mice are getting in somehow and they haven’t helped me at all to the tune of $300.00. Don’t waste your money with them.

They were brought out by my landlord to deal with a mouse problem. Instead of dealing with the problem correctly they blamed me. They used bait in my home, which if a mouse had eaten and died in my home, and my dog found it, would have killed my dog. Ive since engaged better more competent professionals who informed me what I already knew. If the access to the home isnt cut off, youll never get rid of the mice. And poison bait should NEVER be used in a home with pets or children even if you put the trap in a place person cant access it. A mouse can easily being some of the bait out, or eat it and die within reach of a pet or child. I will never allow these fools in my home again. They were supposedly treating my home for mice for over a year, but I still have mice. Poorly trained and incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone!EDIT: They said below they wanted to contact me to make it right, a week ago. Have not heard a thing. Much like their pest control services, their sentiments are worthless! Dont use them if you value your pets lives!

I have been a customer for years. One thing I appreciate is the fact that when you call, a human being picks up the phone and is able to knowledgeably answer your questions. Another reason is that this company is very responsive. When I have called with a problem, they have come out to deal with it right away. This is a company that knows what real customer service is.

We are very happy with Bramans service. We had a carpenter ant problem they came for one day and our ant problem seems to be fixed. They use an effective treatment that slowly kills them in order to give time for the worker ants to bring it back to the nest. The guy that came to do the job was very nice and professional. We are very happy with the service we received.

You sprayed chemicals in my air ducts last year after I said not to. I breathed in your nasty chemicals for months afterwards and its still coming out of the vents. I didnt ask for your services again and you sprayed my house again! Dont come back!

Found a termite mound in my basement last week and was nervous so I called Braman. Sean came over right away and gave me an estimate on how much the damage would be. It cost more than expected ($940) to install sentricon around my whole house, but for the peace of mind and 1 year warranty I was happy. I will continue to use Braman every year and was referred by my mother and grandma by them. Took a few days to find the laborer termites starting to die in my basement and started to see less and less of the dirt mounds. Overall Im satisfied with how quickly they came out and how professional they were. I will use Braman every year
