This place is HORRIBLE!!! I went in there recently with my girlfriend and the owner was insanely rude and smelled like spoiled mayonnaise!! He kept staring at my lady friend and was giving her very sexy looks. I threw up in my mouth! There’s mice everywhere and cockroaches in the bathrooms. Do NOT go here! You’re better off washing your clothes in the Connecticut river.

Very weird owner... smells like eggs. In fact, the whole building seems to carry an eggy must. would not recommend. The owner was also very rude... he has no morals!

Dont pay extra for hot water. It was ice cold but I still got charged extra. Scammers

Clean, quiet, pretty nice place. I felt like it was pretty pricey. Washer was priced at $10 & $7.50, but the dryer was .50 for 8 minutes. The soap was expensive, but you can walk across the street to dollar tree for a cheaper option.

My first visit its small but clean, until Covid folding clothes is straight from the dryer. Nice attendance. However I did witness what I believe a drug deal in the parking lot while sitting at the nice seating the place offers.

If I could give less than one start I would’ve done so without glancing at the first star. My friends poor grandma came back with her laundry and it was clean but SHE WAS NOT!!!! She felt horrible after a worker there yelled at her and made her cry! Horrible customer service you should never even THINK about coming here EVER!!!!!!!

Last 2 times I’ve come here I’ve washed my sheets. My white sheets were ruined last time. They came out with black grease stains all over them. I bought new ones, light grey this time. Brought them to the laundromat to wash before using and they came out with black grease stains again. Told the laundromat and they didn’t do anything! Be very careful drying light colored items or they might come out with black grease stains!! Very aggravating!

The prices are alright, and my daughter loves the play room but they do not have a bathroom. How do you have a play room for children, but no bathroom? My daughter asked to use the bathroom and was told it was broken, on more than one occasion over the period of several months. I wont be coming back. Ridiculous.

If its such a disgusting place, with lazy people as you say (that you converse with in a friendly manner when you go to this establishment) then maybe a change in venue would suffice and cater to your unstable mindset. I have never entered this establishment ane had a feeling of gross. Every employee that I have met has catered to any need that arose and they have gone above and beyond. I will keep bringing my business to stay and play, and I will keep recommending them to anybody who is looking for a laundromat.

Fasting & Bigger machines.

This place has gone downhill. I am usually there as soon as they open on a weekend day. The place is dusty, burnt out lightbulbs, machine tops are filthy, the floor is dirty, and the trash is overflowing. Maybe if the staff wasnt overweight, lazy and stayed off their computers, and dont bring their babies and boyfriends to work,the place would be cleaner.

Dropped my laundry off, had them switch it to the dryer for me. They found money, and gave it back. Clean place and new machines.
