Okay my first trip there I have to come look for the place and then I found it in act 1 and I went in I had to work wait for the gentleman Tom to arrive and I was so glad that I did go there because the number that I have kids working out its so great they were into the exercise that had a coach with them working with thumb and I was surprised there about 20 kids there I went there to buy a machine and he gave me them at a discount because Im giving it to somebody else Ill surprise and I want to say thank you to them CrossFit wingman that Im glad to see I give them a thumbs up.

Love Wingman! I never thought that I would like CrossFit but I love coming here. The facilities are amazing and huge so you dont ever have to worry about space. Theres plenty of equipment as well. I feel like this has created a gym culture where everyone is super friendly and willing to share with each other. The coaches are great and take the time to give you plenty of instruction and feedback.

Definitely the best gym overall in western mass, only downside is the hours as it closes kind of early at 9 which gets annoying sometimes

Not sure how I havent written a review yet. I have been a member since day 1 in 2014 and this is hands down the best CrossFit gym around.

Crossfit Wingman is great. They have excellent trainers who are very professional. Guaranteed Physical Results. I lost 40lbs in 5 months. This place has changed my life.

CrossFit Wingman is an excellent facility. Though its only been open for a few days, the classes are well attended. The gear is wonderful, especially the pull-up and squat rig. The coaching is top notch too!

I am excited to start. The folks are very friendly here and I know Tom is genuinely invested in my achieving my fitness goals. What a clean and spacious facility too! Really nice.

Awesome facility, huge and spacious enough for indoor shuttle sprints, the pro shop is really nice and the coaches are hands on and look out for everyone in class. its great if you have kids, they have a play area and massages and a hot tub for recovery.

Huge gym with great coaching and equipment. I was here for a month on a work assignment and coming to the 8am classes with Zack was always the highligh of the day. Very friendly atmosphere and the coaches are very attentive and take the time to coach everyone as an individual instead of just shouting directions at the group. Great experience and will definitely be back if Im ever in the area again.
