Called to get assistance with a flooded basement. The rep said a technician would call back within the hour. When that didnt happen, I called again and asked for a call back the following morning. When I didnt receive a call, my wife reached out again. The rep said she would hear from a technician within two hours. We never got a call. Dont waste your time with them.

They came in like gang busters and rid my parents bathroom of mold. They did a great job. Highly recommend!

When our hot water heater let go, we called Servpro Agawam to clean up and assess the damage. The response was great; the crew was able to come out late in the evening to clean up the standing water and start the drying process. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up and preserving our finished basement. Through their efforts, we were able to preserve all the drywall in the basement and the tile floor in the bathroom. The administrative staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with as well.

This went downhill quickly. While my basement got wet due to a faulty sump pump, instead of drying it out, they cut out the brand new carpet and over 100 feet of drywall. It was totally unnecessary and they were told not to do it. Many thousands later, and the basement is refinished after just being finished months before they came to help.
